This was the last meal I had during my trip to Denver this past week and what a way to end it. I was speechless and made sure we left no crumbs on any of the plates before they were taken back. This is an intimate fine dining restaurant in lohi neighborhood. The staff are super attentive and accommodating to any questions we had in regard to the menu. We were a bit indecisive between bouquet of wildlflowers (~tasting menu) and choosing dishes off the menu. We ended up choosing our own dishes because we wanted more control on what we were going to eat and had did some peaking around beforehand so had our heart set on 1-2 dishes. Our order included:- Wildflower focaccia (love the whipped garlic, rosemary. you can get different portion sizes so a nice bite between plates or to kick things off or both)- Lamb tart (The lamb x shallots x other veggies combined into the tart comes bursting into your mouth with tons of flavors and textures. And all these components just work and tastes GOOD.- Croquetas de la Patata (Crisp on the outside, but soft/pillowy in the inside. As a potato lover, this was comfort food elevated the right way)- Seared scallops (I am still DREAMING about these scallops. I took one bite and melted. The japanese yam was sooo light and alongside the chipotle honey, ricotta it enhanced the already well cooked scallops to another whole level. The flavor profile in this dish was so addicting, we questioned ordering another. If they have this on their small plates, GET IT.)- Branzino (i enjoy a great crispy skin char on my fish especially. The nopales and prickly pear combo worked so well) - Rhubarb Bavarian (cardamom white chocolate and almond praline kept me wanting more in this perfectly balanced dessert)The only part that sucked was that it ended, I felt in denial after this amazing meal and experience. I'm extremely thankful to my friend who recommended me this restaurant because I don't know if I would've come across Wildflower otherwise. Out of all food spots I went to Denver (including some that are on the Michelin Guide), this by far wins and who knows might join the list very soon. I'll be back again when I'm in Denver and again be torn between getting these dishes I loved and choosing the bouquet of wildflowers to try more dishes that I'll probably enjoy too.

Sometimes the stars align and you walk into a restaurant and you just know you are about to have a great meal. That just happened to me at @wildflowerlohi! Once we walked in, the vibe was perfect - inviting, modern without being pretentious. We were promptly greeted by Sam who provided perfect service and then we got to have one of the best meals, if not the best meal, I've had in Denver and an easy Top 5 meal ever. If you haven't been to @wildflowerlohi , make a reservation now. You will not regret it!MY ORDER: Bouquet of Wildflowers (tasting menu) which included Wildflower Focaccia, Seared Scallops, Grilled Artichokes, 7X Wagyu Tri-Tip, croquetas de la patata, eggplant agnolotti, and wildflower honey semifredo BEST BITE: very hard to pick but the steak was one of the best bites I've had in a while - tender, perfectly cooked, and with the most amazing salsa macha. ALSO the eggplant agnolotti was out of this world - a Comte cream cheesy sauce and the best feeling inside a perfect bite of spinach pasta PLUS the wildflower focaccia!? Insanely good. Honestly, it was all amazing. Thank you to @adventuresofvi for being a perfect dinner date and to @thethingsiputinmymouth for the awesome recommendation

Amazing meal. My friend and I opted for the pescatarian tasting menu and every dish was unique and well executed. This is amazing considering the head. Chef is only 26 years old and created dishes that could've easily been done by a 50 year or 60 year year-old chef.Highlights were the Dra Bream, the artichoke salad, the octopus, and the honeycomb dessert although every dish was stunning Impeccable service, great music and a fantastic staff makes me want to come back for more Highly recommended

Outstanding experience at Wildflower!! We put our trust in them for the "Bouquet of Wildflowers" tasting menu and we got to try all of their most highlighted dishes. Very attentive service and accommodated dietary restrictions that some people in our group had. So much food and left completely stuffed!

Once in awhile, I come across a restaurant that's so good it brings tears to my eyes. Wildflower is relatively new to the Denver culinary scene, and I hope someday it earns its own Michelin star because that's how incredible the food and service were. Came here for a friend's birthday and had the $65 mid-price range prie fixe (Bouquet of Wildflowers) menu.Everything served was heavenly. Meats were cooked perfectly, plates were presented artfully, and flavors were out of this world. Especially love that many courses involved foam. I will say though, it's really hard to come here with dietary restrictions. The kitchen tried hard to accommodate everyone, but if you have any allergies, you will probably leave hungry.I can't quite point to a favorite dish because I loved everything. The cocktails were delicious as well. There's even a full section for mead! Very Colorado. It's unfortunate that Wildflower seems to have taken a few hits for poor management and price transparency, according to other reviews. I hope they get it together because I think they have a ton of potential.

After a lot of research, we decided to come here to celebrate a birthday. (Reservations needed!) The ambience was lovely and the service impeccable. Our server was very knowledgable about the cocktails and steered me away from one that I probably wouldn't have liked. The smoked manhattan was a whole experience with the smoke presentation. We opted to do the Bouquet of Wildflowers tasting and that was really fun. As with high end restaurants, I was worried that we were still going to be hungry by the end of it, but actually it was the perfect amount of food. Everything was delicious and pretty unique with its flavors and textures.

Food:We got a bunch of shareable and was impressed by a lot of themRaviolo: One big piece stuffed with deliciousness. This was by far my favorite. It was incredible rich flavors but made so balanced. Super flavorful, earthy, incredible. The accompanied mushrooms were cooked to perfection.Focaccia: Super yummy and fresh. The middle price is $10 for 5 decent pieces. Not bad.Scallop crudo: This wasn't my favorite but my friend actually loved it. It was sour and also fairly spicy. Really fresh though. They definitely took their time making this dish, which you have to appreciate.Croquetas: These were a bit bland for me but my friend also liked theseDrinks:We were both underwhelmed by their wine by the glass selection. I tried a few and didn't really love any. They have wonderful cocktails though!Service:We were at the bar at a low time but it was goodAmbience:Super cute and trendy. Their dining room and bar are very welcoming

Have a special occasion to celebrate? This is the place to go! The service is the best I've found in Denver post-pandemic. The ambiance is like a bohemian speakeasy with a grand cocktail bar. Oh, and the food??? Exquisite! We cannot wait to come back and try more. Our favorite dish was the Ricotta Cavatelli. The pasta is homemade and the smoked cheesy pumpkin sauce is drool worthy. Cheers to a great celebratory experience!

This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants in Denver! The atmosphere is cozy and romantic and the food is absolutely incredible. The first time I came here was with a group of girl friends and the 2nd time was a birthday date with my boyfriend. Perfect restaurant for both! Both times we did the Bouquet of Wildflowers and I highly recommend that. You get to try so many different dishes and there was not one that I didn't enjoy. All were such decadent flavor combinations and all were such interesting and different dishes to try. Our server on my birthday dinner was phenomenal and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
