Cider Roasted Chicken is excellent.Peach Crumble and monstrous Carrot CakeAll the menu items we sampled were very tasty. Not over-salted like many kitchens these days.The carrot cake is so big, it could serve 4 people easily.

Brought a party of 8 for my birthday and they had the table ready for us when we arrived which was awesome. My bf and another friend ordered the fish and chips but they were out. Both chose something else but they were out of arugula also, which came on both their dishes. I ordered the pumpernickel bagel reuben and it must have been sitting out for no less than a day and a half. It was so stale it was hard as concrete. I woke up at 2:00 with food poisoning, though I'm not entirely sure if it's a new food sensitivity of mine or if it was my sandwich. My friend had something that came with a Cobb or corn and it had zero flavor at all. We all passed it around to make sure it wasn't just her. As far as I know everything else was delicious. We had three appetizers which were all very tasty (a flatbread, the fried beans and brusselsprouts and the cowboy(?) fries. The strawberry marg was also fantastic. Super mixed reviews here. Some serious disappointments on this particular evening, but I would still go back to give them a second shot. I liked the atmosphere and the food was pretty 50/50.

Loved the whole experience here! We were greeted warmly by the host and seated promptly by a window. The room is really cute and they had country music playing which is not my thing, but it wasn't too loud.Our server Brogan was super friendly, made excellent suggestions and was very attentive.I started with the Añejo Old Fashioned which was fantastic- nice smoky flavor to the tequila. For dinner I had the Wagon Wedge salad with a 3oz steak. The salad was fantastic- everything was cold and crisp and the blue cheese was excellent. My boyfriend had fish and chips with mashed potatoes instead of fries. The breading on the fish was really crispy with a great flavor and the fish was great.We ended with the cheesecake egg roll which was amazing and not too sweet.This will be the first place I go when I'm back in Denver.

Stopped in for brunch today, and I'm so glad I did. Chef Charles outdid himself!!! They had two specials. First, the breakfast tacos are delicious. I like that he put them on top of the delicious potatoes that are covered in their green chili, and then the chorizo and egg tacos are placed on top. I do not recall what is inside the tacos, but yummmmm. One of the things I love is that it is a fried flour tortilla, not the usual corn. It's so unique and soooooo good. Secondly, the pumpkin pie. So very flavorful, and it is the season for it. I was so full from the tacos that I had to get the pie to go. ##westsaloonandkitchen

Stopped here for brunch and it was just the pick me up we need! Our server was very nice and attentive. They had the windows open and it was should great weather when we went that it was refreshing! I ordered the wedge salad and it was so pretty! The presentation was just beautiful!

Overall good service but ALL of us were carded which was odd. The appetizers were terrific. The meatloaf was quite dry and the stroganoff had good flavor but a lot of celery.
