Loved our first visit today! This place is the real deal as pubs go -- dark wood, big bar, comfortable ambience, GREAT bartender. We had killer gin spritz drinks and tried some nachos (ok, need more cheese) and mozzarella sticks (great homemade sauce). I was very comfortable here and want to go back to try the fish & chips. Bonus: FABULOUS bartender. Didn't get her name but it was the woman with the blue ponytail. Fun, interested in service, great conversationalist. This is really everything a neighborhood pub should be. Can't wait to go back.

I love the feel of this bar... its welcoming and warm and prices are very reasonable. My biggest con is that the food is hit or miss, I enjoy their buffalo chicken wrap, but the rest of the menu has let me or my wife down a few times (salads especially), also, the sides seem to be a little small in portion. The wings look great but I keep choosing the wrap. Bartenders have always been quick and friendly, I keep coming back because I feel like everyone there knows each other and I almost feel like a regular, even though I'm not.

As always 94th St Pub didn't disappoint. July's updates to the menu are on point. I had the honey sriracha chicken salad and it was delicious. Service never fails and the hometown feel is always on point.

This place has been around forever, and it's a hidden gem! I visited for lunch recently. I sat in a cozy booth and just wanted to hang out all day. They had drink specials, food specials, and the friendliest server I've had in the past ten years! My dining companion and I shared the nachos with guacamole (made to order, we learned!) and the chicken tenders (which were very big and tasted freshly made in-house, no frozen stuff here!). The food was excellent. Definitely pub grub, which is one of my favorite cuisines but also worth noting there aren't a ton of healthy options. I will definitely be back!

This is a great dive and neighborhood bar. Everyone was friendly and bartender was awesome. Also they are open late during the week day. Highly recommend.

It's been quite a while since I've been here after we didn't have a good experience last time. Tonight on a whim we decided to give it another try as it had been several years. I'm happy to say this time overall it was great! There was one person who did everything except cook the food. He tended bar, took food orders from those sitting at tables, and brought the food out, as well a checking on everyone periodically. He did this all seamlessly and with a cheerful attitude. He was amazing! My spouse got a salad and the housemade chips. She really liked the the salad dressing and loved the chips. They were light, crispy, and not greasy. I had the Reuben and it was excellent! The corned beef was so good and slices were not thin, which made me happy. I found out they make it in house and it showed. I could even taste a hint of juniper in it. Definitely want to have it again and look forward to the corned beef and cabbage on St Paddy's Day!This is definitely a Cheers kind of place where everyone knows everyone and very small like the original in Boston is with only about ten tables. They have outdoor seating that has a heavy duty clear cover during cold weather to enclose it from the elements. That's where smoking is allowed and because it's right by the entrance every time the door is opened it comes in. That would be my only complaint and as someone with a lung disease it becomes taxing after a while breathing it in. That was something I forgot about, so we might have to wait till warmer weather when the outside covering is gone since it traps the smoke that gets sucked inside. If they could somehow resolve this issue I'd happily give them five stars!

Second visit. Great neighborhood feel! Decent food (had the BBQ sandwich with tots- yummy. The BBQ was already sauced which is ok, but made the bun (white bread - nothing fancy) soggy before it got to the table. Still, I was tasty, if messy. Im still in the process of fixing up my new house in the area, but already can't wait for this to be a place I frequent!

This pub and eatery was here 26 years ago when we moved to Durham and has been a mainstay in the Woodcroft Shopping Center. They had outdoor seating before COVID but may have added more. Food is basic pub fare of sandwiches, burgers, wings, etc. with some daily specials. I did enjoy the bowl of Brunswick stew that I got but was disappointed in the meager quantity of sweet potato tots that I got as a side. My wife also enjoyed her fish and chips. We sat outside and were next to some regulars who knew the waitress and chatted with her. All in all, a solid if not spectacular dining option. If I recall, the interior is deep and can feel crowded/cramps. Props also for hosting occasional charity events like St. Baldrick's Day fundraisers.

This establishment is adequate in some ways, but that's ruined by at least one server who evidently hates people (and should probably be in another line of work). It's principally a venue for Hope Valley day drinkers on their last legs. Trivia Night is ridiculous, as many patrons look up the answers on their phones. That's right -- they cheat. With impunity. And nobody does anything about it.Food is very standard low-end bar food. The usual stuff. Presumably tolerable if you're drunk. (In case you can't tell, I have made my last visit there.)

As a first-timer, I walked in for a drink recently on crowded night. Grabbed a seat at the end of the bar and waited for a bartender to serve me. No one appeared, so after 5 to 7 minutes I left. End of story. Have a nice day.
