Geisha lips
The Red Pork Belly Bao was made with shaoxing wine, peanut, rock sugar and cilantro.
The Fig Cake was our favorite! The cake was fluffy with a sweet, nutty profile and had hints of caramel & honey on the back end.
This cocktail tasted as good as it looked. It was sumptuous with a frothy egg white foam.
Golden dragon
Mule and lychee lovely
The Duck Croquettes were made with mirabelle plum, ginger and fig. The duck croquettes were delicately fried orbs with a meaty duck interior
Pork bao
The Samurai
The Spiced Donut Holes.
Hamachi Crudo
The mushroom tacos were unreal. The decadent truffle butter added a deep, rich flavor profile to the savory mushrooms.
The Hamachi Crudo was made with shiro dashi, grapefruit & calabrian chili. We had three orders it was so good!
Bubble bath brunch
Cocktails
The Taco Duo was made with skirt steak, wasabi, yuzu, jalapeno & mushroom, truffle butter and honey.
Winter Cosmo
The rose petal topped with gold dust was a glamourous touch to this lovely pink cocktail.

This place was fun! You walk in and the unique furniture is the first thing to catch your eye. The seating is intimate with less traditional tables, and more couches, puffs, etc. Even the bathrooms are fun! It is a tapas restaurant so the portions are smaller, but all delicious. I went with a group of four people and we tried 8 different dishes. We absolutely loved the lamb albondigas (meatballs) and the mussels as the top two faves. The drinks were also phenomenal. If you are into the craft cocktail scene vs food, I would recommend stopping by the Monkey Bar next door (same venue but different entrance). They had a larger, and very fun cocktail menu. I will say its a newer establishment so the service was ok, but still working the kinks out. We didn't have to wait long for anything, but it was not the most organized experience. I would still absolutely go again the next time I travel to Denver.

AMAZING time at @weltonroom to enjoy their dining and drinks menu. Favorite was the mocktail featured in the first video called the Passion Fruit. I also enjoyed the Carajillo and Green Global cocktails too! PEI Mussels Broccolini Gnocchi Carajillo Green GlobalPassion Fruit (Mocktail)

Saw this place on tik tok and it lives up to the expectations! We ordered the espresso martini with whipped coffee and a macaron on top. It was amazing but so much caffeine. My boyfriend has an extremely high caffeine tolerance and was buzzing. Perfect kick start to the night. The taste and the whipped cream was one of the best espresso martinis Ive had. We then tried the saffron espresso martini. I wasn't a huge fan it tasted like you were eating flowers. I'm not really sure what saffron is supposed to taste like because i never had it but we just ended up ordering the first drink again after. Overall this place is worth the hype! The price is very reasonable for an espresso martini with that many toppings and that size. Will be returning here!

Came here for the espresso flight. They have 8 different versions to try but the martini flight is a set 3. My favorite of the 3 was the martini with cognac and black sesame. They also offer small bar bites. The bartenders are kind and attentive. The location is smaller and called Monkey Bar but also Welton Room so make sure to ask so you don't go to the wrong side.

Absolutely one of the most incredible cocktail experiences of my life. A must do. It's very small so definitely get a reservation.Cocktails are about $16-20 but for the craftsmanship and quality, worth the price. We got the whipped coffee espresso martinis, the dark side, and Midnight in Japan. Each one was fantastic. The whipped coffee espresso martinis are gorgeous and the whipped coffee was light, fluffy, and delicious. Plus they each come w/ a macaroon! The Midnight in Japan is a stunning drink w/ glitter in it!The biggest highlight was the Dark Side. WOW what an experience. They smoke it at the table - you must get and experience this drink!!Service was incredible - we had a few questions. Please be patient as each drink is made by hand and takes time. Probably one of the best cocktails I've had in the country, honestly. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Denver. Don't sleep on this spot!!!

Welton Room is great for a fancy-ish brunch!! All of the food we got was great, the eggs benny (can't go wrong), the omelette was one of the favs and the fried chicken sandwich! Had to get the bubble bath drink for fun, perfect for 2-3 people depending how tipsy you're trying to get. The interior definitely has more of a night vibe but I really liked the furniture and the design.

Okay so this place has a sneaky good brunch! I noticed the theme throughout the menu was pear so I rode that wave. I started by ordering the riviera maya cocktail which is tequila and prickly pear with black lava salt &Pink Himalayan salt. You know when you have something good and your eyes get big? Yeah, that was this drink. For brunch, we had steak and eggs, chicken and waffle and burrata. There was nothing bad to say about any of these items. The chicken and waffle had a chorizo butter that really set it over the top! For dessert, I had panna cotta. The presentation of it was beautiful! And then we finished with Sundays bathtub (but with tequila instead of vodka) which was the cutest thing ever! I definitely would come back!

Are you looking for a chic weekend brunch spot where you can dress up and have some of the prettiest cocktails in Denver? Welton Room is the spot. Craft cocktails are combined with a lush lounge, featuring modern American dishes with a global twist that will keep you coming back for more. The girls & I dined here for brunch over the weekend and had the best time!We arrived and were seated in the main dining room on lovely velvet banquettes. The owner Champ & his staff were incredible (we loved them). They ensured we had everything we needed while we dined and had stellar recommendations - they really knew best, and we let them lead our brunch experience (and we're so glad we did).We started with Sunday's Bathtub cocktail. Sunday's Bathtub was made for 2-3 guests with vodka, elderflower, strawberry, & lemon. YES PLEASE. This cocktail was so refreshing & fun (we loved the little rubber duckies). The Raspberry Beret was made with gin, raspberry puree, elderflower, white cranberry, lychee, lemon, & egg white. This was our favorite cocktail; the white cranberry really came through & each sip was velvety in character from the egg white. The Riviera Maya was made with tequila, prickly pear, lime, black lava & pink Himalayan salt. Another gorgeous cocktail that had summer written all over it.The Not Your Everyday Paloma was made with tequila, aperol, elderflower, grapefruit, lime, & sparkling pink grapefruit. This was a solid paloma with a good balance of citrus notes & bitter-sweet tang of aperol and grapefruit. The Nexpresso Martini was made with vodka, espresso, coffee liquor, coconut milk, & honey lavender syrup. The teacup the Nexpresso Martini was served in was lovely. This was an indulgent drink that combined the bold flavors of espresso with smooth vodka and sweet coffee liquor. The French Omelet was made with hollandaise, sausage, & peppers. This is the best omelet I have had in Denver. The eggs were cooked on low heat for an extended period of time giving them a rich taste and making them fluffy & lusciously creamy in texture (also the side potatoes were unreal, and we couldn't get enough). The Brioche French Toast was made with thick-sliced brioche and topped with sweet fruit. The Benedict was made with avocado, hollandaise, roasted tomato, & fresh pita. This was a delightful twist on a standard benedict; the fresh pita used instead of the usual English muffin provided a different texture. The Pita Bread was soft, slightly chewy, and absorbed the flavors of the other ingredients nicely. The Steak and Eggs was made with ahi panca, fingerling potato, & pickled onion. We all swooned over this steak; it was cooked & seasoned perfectly. The eggs were sunny side up with runny yolks (a classic).
