Best place for gluten free! Specify gluten preference or allergy. They will handle your food very carefully! Try the Pinky. Really a great sandwich full of flavor. My husband liked the Italian. Both were so good we got the same order the next day!! The place is busy at lunch time on weekdays - but great online app for ordering ahead. There is outside seating!!

Wedgies shares the location with a gas station but it is an amazing sandwich shop. I have never tried bread like this and it was amazing and the portions are large. They off gluten free for an extra charge and low-carb at no extra charge. The staff is friendly they have many options and the prices are not too bad. The restaurant is clean and has a cool vibe with old chevys and a small town shop feel. I highly recommend stopping by!

Adorable gas station type lunch spot. The sandwiches are made from pizza dough that is served in a wedge. I got the Turkey b l t and it was delicious. Such great flavor and a half of a large was perfect. Also the pickle was yummy. It also impressed me that the cashier had no problem giving me a large cup for my water. Great lunch place and it was busy in a fun way.

I read the reviews before I decided to go. The appeal of this place was questionable for me because it is attached to a gas station. Do not let that deter you! This is a hidden gem! I was excited because I have a gluten allergy & they have gluten-free bread. They also made my sandwich in a clean environment which I truly appreciated. I was grateful when she made sure to alert the staff I was allergic & to change gloves & wipe everything down. I ordered my sandwich which was a Reuben with sauerkraut. My husband ordered his Pinky sandwich on keto bread. Gluten-free bread isn't always flavorful, but this sandwich was completely delicious. My husband stated he could've eaten two of his own, lol. I'm so glad we decided to stop by and try it out.
