Food was absolutely delicious: I ordered the Philly cheesesteak. It was a worthwhile experience. The tofu nuggets tasted amazing--just like chicken. With the vegan ranch sauce it was perfection. Ambience is eclectic. I guess what you would expect out of a typical vegan restaurant lol. Service was fantastic and the recommendations received were worth it. I would recommend

Ambiance: it's a trendy vegan restaurant, spacious dining space inside although it's hot and humid without air conditioning Service: friendly but so forgettable, made mistake on the drink order wrong choice of milk Food & Drink: limited items on their brunch menu Seitan Wings - *** choices of Buffalo and Orange Teriyaki flavors, made of gluten, chewy texture but not balanced taste Strawberries and Cream Waffle - *** Mascarpone cream, strawberry coulis, waffle with fresh strawberries, average taste Southern Plate - **** Cauliflower Chicken, mac and cheese, cole slaw and a side of honee hickory sauce, crispy cauliflower and tasty Mac and cheese, recommend Irish Coffee - *** Queen City coffee, house made Kahlua, Conciere Gold bourbon, topped with whipped cream, super bold taste Price: moderate to large portions depending on what you order, expect $30 per person

Absolutely delicious. I'm the only vegetarian in our group of 6 and everyone agreed that it was the best food we've had on the trip. Service was great and the restaurant atmosphere was friendly. Drinks were strong and tasty! We tried a lot of different things and everything was great. Our favorites were the cauliflower wings, the Cuban, and the gnocchi.

Some of the most ah-mazing food I've ever eaten!! A must visit if you are in the Denver metro area. If they didn't say it, you'd have no idea this eclectic neighborhood joint is all plant based. Vegans bring your carnivorous friends and family and blow their minds! The service was fast and kind. The prices were much more favorable than anticipated. Leave early enough to find on street parking.

This place is awesome for covering the vegan and gluten free for our group. The bloody Mary was done perfectly. We ate ourselves full by sharing a few things. Couldn't help but bring some sweet treats home for later. Cookies, cup cakes, red velvet cake, so many options. The wait staff was casual and super friendly....he took the order for the whole table without writing anything down and delivered it perfectly. Will be back again soon!

I came to Watercourse Foods on a Wednesday night. I was excited to try after being recommended to me. It was empty and we got sat fairly fast. Our server was great and told us about the menu and gave us a few suggestions. I decided to go with the Southwest wrap and my boyfriend got the Southern Plate. I was beyond satisfied with the wrap. It's so good and flavorful. It comes with plenty of tofu as it's protein. It came with a side of fries. I will definitely be coming back to get this again. The Southern Plate was very tasty. It comes with a side of vegan mashed potatoes with gravy and salad. The mushrooms were fresh and crispy. I enjoyed this plate. We also ordered Seitan Wings as an appetizer but our server forgot and never put the order in.He asked if we still wanted them and we did. We had to wait for a while for them to arrive. It would have been nice to get them as an app. We stayed longer than we would have liked. However, the food was really good. The atmosphere is fun. The staff is nice. I will be back!!

Some of the most delicious veggie food I and my dog have ever had. My pension for eating and find excellently made Tofu is a quest, this day my Aspen loved the grilled tofu. My Cesar salad was so huge, even asking for a "Small!!" I learned the sweet waitress was enamourd with my Aspen, she brought a large. Although I love lettuce, it is not Aspens' favorite, it took almost an hour to get through this one salad and Grilled Tofu, could not eat another thing until the next day.Great service! Fantastic Food! Pleasant Surroundings, Walk in Aroma waffles through the air, People smiling, very pleasant wait staff. $$$ worth the price

WaterCourse is amazing. One of my go-to's for seitan wings. It's a perfect spongey texture with a slight crunch. I've been told you could get sauce on the side if you like it more crunchy. I've tried to recreate their seitan wings and it is truly unmatched. We usually get a half and half split of buffalo and BBQ. The rest of the food is pretty good, but I've found the best order is wings and some other small dish that my partner and I share. The drinks are okay, but not bad. Love the atmosphere. Offers a slight more relaxed vibe than their sister restaurant, City O' City. Overall, WaterCourse is a nice choice for dinner along restaurant row.

I don't usually go for Vegan joints, but it was this place, the shroom cafe down the street, or wandering at the mercy of Google maps for who knows how long. The risk was worth the reward. Food:The mocha was average. The tap water was a bit dry and lukewarm. The entry I had --TUFU BREAKFAST HASH--was really good. $14.50 worth of sun-Tufu, grilled, seasonal veggies; fried mini-potatoes was amazing. I highly recommend this entry. Service:It was fine. The assumably intentional no rush to serve was fine. It was a lazy Sunday morning. Ambiance:The Decor matches the vibe of the place. Earthy. Vegan. a musky, mahogany tone. Somewhere in the eye of the of hip, hippy, and hipster Bermuda Triangle, it was a relaxed, low-key 33-and-a-third spin in a 45 rpm world. It was good. I would eat here again.

What is wrong with me I didn't finish up this review I started?!?!?!Food was awesome!Service was great....If you want Vegan Comfort food this is the place to go.....Although I prefer a bit healthier sometimes Comfort Food is good...I got the burger with fries --- yeah I need healthier but I was on a biz trip and said go for it!!! Restaurant was nicely laid out and there were bakery items: Cookies, Desserts in the front that you can see but the amount was so filling that I just gave up and finished what I ordered didn't take back any extras though they looked really good. The veggie burger was made in house they told me along with the sauce and everything so that makes it more appealing in my opinion....no impossible or beyond meat....I'd go back again next time I'm in Denver....
