An Italian friend from back East has been raving about Vinny and Marie's for months. He said nothing in Denver reminds him of home and family recipes more and that Jimmy is one of the coolest folks he's run into in CO. This truck posts up regularly, but nowhere near my side of town. It's been like the Holy Grail for me since last Fall.Last Sunday, my quest came to a delicious end at Novel Strand Brewing, not too far. Indiana Jones had to work a lot harder for the Grail, but couldn't have been more stoked than I was. People rave about the Mosco. I've joined them. Homemade Italian sausage melts in your mouth. Pueblo Chiles and provolone create a heavenly mouthfeel. Have you ever made involuntary moans of pleasure while eating? I have now. Audio from my meal could find use in the adult film industry. This sandwich has the power to change lives. It opened my mind and palate to both Italian sausage (been on the fence overall) and Pueblo Chiles (former New Mexican here). Thanks, Jimmy. We got a chicken parm sandwich, too. Fresh and delicious, the sauce, cutlet, and bread were on point. This is authentic food, not just authentic Italian food. There was nothing bland and corporate about it. Fries come with sandwiches. They do the trick and held up well overnight in the fridge.Carrot cake came last. It's not usually my jam, but since he was already out of Sunday pasta, Jimmy threw this in. While the Mosco stole the show, this cake also made me a believer. Delectable texture meets delicious icing. Win. Just like the song says, "Everything's right." My friend was, too. Vinny and Marie's offers superlative Italian grub, both traditional and innovative. The owner's quality shines through in the cooking and his friendly, warm, enthusiastic personality. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. I'll be doing it again very soon. Thanks, Jimmy.Five stars.

I've been seeing this food truck popping up at all of the breweries lately and was so excited to finally give it a try. First off the decor is so cute. Who doesn't love the traditional Italian restaurant family photos on display surrounding the . The food also hit the spot for some bar snacky grub. Both the fries and mozzarella sticks were delicious and love that they both came with pepperocini peppers to help you get those greens in. A friend also got the chicken parm sandwhich and the thing was absolutely massive and he said it was insanely delicious. The owner was also an absolute doll and was so nice to chat with! We are definitely looking forward to getting to explore their menu more in the future!

Straight . Treat yourself to Vinny and Marie's. The Mosco is a wonderful family recipe that includes their homemade sausage, peppers, and freshly baked bread. The folks inside were kind, helpful, and wholesome. 0 complaints. Exactly what you look for in a food truck.

I had a long day and was looking for some food and found them on Yelp. I saw everything on their menu looked appetizing from a Chicken Parmigiana sandwich (yum my favorite food!) to the Mosco such a deliciously interesting concept; I just had to go. When I first walked up Jimmy instantly greeted me and was super kind. He gave me time to look over the menu, even though I already had my mind set on what I wanted. I could see two people behind him cooking the food fresh, and fresh food is ALWAYS appreciated! They are usually at local breweries or bars and have their weekly schedule on their website. It was chilly that night, the bar they were at that had seating outside but they also allowed me to sit inside while I waited for my food. The food was well worth the wait. Tasting those sandwiches for the first time brought me so much joy. The bite the bread had was exceptional. The mosco was super spicy which I loved, the cheese was melty, and the sausage was very flavorful. The chicken parmigiana was just perfect and spot on from the sauce to the cheese and chicken. Look at their weekly schedule, find out where they'll be next, and try these sandwiches!!!! Next time I definitely want to try Panzerotti, and they also just got a Cheese Steak that is at the top of my list.

Was in Denver with my girlfriend for the night to visit a good friend of ours. We stopped by a local brewery close to our friends place and Vinny and Marie's was outside. We stopped at the window to check out the menu before we walked in to get beer. We were greeted by a nice guy (who I imagine owned the truck) and he couldn't have been more helpful. Told us all about the menu and we even got to try some of the homemade carrot cake. The customer service was incredible and the food was even better. We had the chicken parm sandwich and the Mosco. Phenomenal! Thank you.

I first found Vinny & Marie's Italian Street Food at Little Machine brewery after a Broncos game, but by the time I got there, they were sold out. Fast forward 1 week and they are at 3 Freaks brewery in Centennial. Jimmy brings authentic Italian panzerotti sandwiches and dishes to life in his food trailer. Sandwiches include Chicken Parmigiana, Pepper and Onion, the Mosco, and his Panzerotti. Jimmy also serves his homemade Sunday Serve Pasta. If you are looking for a taste of Italy, search Jimmy out on all of his socials for where he will be next. He can usually be found at metro breweries and also does neighborhood HOA events and catering.

WOW. We accidentally stumbled upon this food truck this afternoon in the parking lot of 3 Freaks Brewery. I fully intended to cook dinner tonight but husband was hungry (at 4:40pm, go figure lol) so we decided to split something from the food truck. Husband requested something spicy and the Mosco did not disappoint. It was everything. Daily fresh baked bread , home made and (and butchered) sausage patties, spicy green chili pepper mix, and plenty of cheese. Every bite was literally better than the last. I'm assuming it was Vinny running the truck because he was quite personable and asked for honest feedback on the food. 12/10 would def seek out this food truck again just for that sandwich.
