Vietsubs & Boba Tea - Summerwood

The food and drinks are great. A bit more higher than I expected to pay..I'll be back! Only strange thing is how does a place to eat get away with not having a public restroom for their guests/staff. Downfall you have to exit to go to HEB to use their bathroom.

I ask if they have any dairy-free milks. The cashier tells me that all milk teas are made with whole milk. To clarify, I ask if they have any non-dairy creamer that can be used instead (which is typical in milk teas). She tells me no, only whole milk. So I order a milk-less option, winter melon black tea 0% sweet. Pay then go sit to wait. Five minutes later, she tells me she can't make it unsweet but can offer me a refund or allow me or order something else. So I ask her what Can I get with no sugar, she then says that she can make me a milk tea with non-dairy creamer and no sugar...side eye!I drink the drink and it's non-sweet but now I don't trust that it is non-dairy since I was given the runaround. Took a few sips and threw it out. It was very thick, which kinda scared me into thinking it was whole milk. I also got a rice noodle bowl. It was basic, not bad.

Super delicious simple and quick. Would come again and I need to try the tea since everyone was getting one.

This is my first time trying bubble tea in Houston, Texas. And I will say it is AMAZING. They also modified the drink for me, 25% and sugar free sweetener. I will forever visit when I visit family. Boba tea is my caffeine fix, and their Tea was FANTASTIC. I need to try the food next time. It's also conveniently next to a H-E-B.

So many options inside a tiny shop! They just opened and I'm so happy, they have all my favorites. My wallet is about to empty but my stomach is full Milk tea is very good. Going to come back for food when I have more time. Adorable place

Don't sleep on this place y'all! I'm a huge bánh mì lover and this bánh mì was chefs kiss! They definitely stuffed this with a lot of chargrilled pork and the bread was perfectly toasted! Crispy/crunchy on the outside and nicely chargrilled pork with a savory, slightly sweet flavor! Perfectly buttered and pâté'd with no dry spots on this bánh mì! Pickled carrots were perfect and not over powering! Located next to H-E-B, if I'm ever in the area again I will definitely stop by! Had my food out in 5 minutes and the lady was very nice! Place seems like a very nice place to study or catch up with some old friends! Sadly I didn't get to try the Vietnamese iced coffee but will next time!

Nice and speedy service. My food and drink was ready within 10mins, so on a busy day highly recommend stopping by for a quick bite. Overall, I found the food tasty, but nothing extraordinary. I found the venue really cute with teas painted across the wall and nice small decors, I originally was thinking of eating on the go, but opted to eat in due to the ambiance and great service.

Please avoid the vietsubs establishments I ordered a strawberry and banana smoothies had a sip and instantly told them the artificial Banana powder is so overpowering I can't consume it. I asked if they could remake it for me or give me a plain strawberry one. The girl rudely instantly told me no, that I can pay for another one. I then asked if I could speak to a manager and she told me their on vacation she couldn't help. I was then speaking to younger girl up front asking what number I could call the lady working in the kitchen who obviously makes the smoothies grabs the girl and pushes her out. I immediately told her to not put her hands on the girl and decided to leave cause the employee was already getting physical. I have never been treated in such a horrific way. Please save yourself and go elsewhere. Something shady is going on in this establishment.

Delicious grilled chicken banh mi. I always add a fried egg. Pleasant service. Why do I need 8( characters?
