One of the better pizzas you can get in Brickell! I love a good take out pizza and have only ordered through the phone for pick up however the ambiance of the venue is clean and very nice! They are fast with orders and have relatively good prices for Brickell! 10/10

So happy Vapiano Reopens their doors in the same Brickell spot. It is such a nice place with great ambiance and I think is perfect for Casual Lunch, Business Lunch or dinner with friends and family. New thing is that you can order from your table and I love this upgrade They have a broad menu specializing in Pizza & pasta made from scratch in house but also nice appetizers and healthier options such bowls and salads. We tried the Beef Carpaccio $19 great portion and traditional also a simple but nice Insalata caprese $14. For lighter options we tried the Salmon bowl $20 but the highlights were definitely the pastas and pizzas. We tried the Spaguetti carbonara $22 it was great (not traditional because it has onions and cream) and also the Filetto di manzo con vino rosso $25My favorite was for sure the pizza, I love the dough a lot. We tried the Pizza crudo $23 and cant wait to go back and try more flavors. Service was warm and great.

I've been here twice ! I don't like the parking situation which is why I feel as tho they aren't always busy. However their staff is great and motivated and the menus has a variety of pastas and pizza . What I didn't know is that they have spice levels to the pasta dishes and that my friend is a game changer ! After 7 they have 15 dollar wine bottles and 15 dollar pizzas

I was so happy to hear that Vapiano was back in business at the same location, very close to me in Brickell. However, my experience was quite disappointing. Unfortunately. Ambiance was ok - AC on, good playlist, not loud. To start my husband ordered draft beer, but they were out of drafts. Then I ordered an Aperol Spritz and what I got was definetely NOT an Aperol Spritz. It was BROWN and tasted like rum. I told our waitress, she was very inexperienced - she took my Aperol back and asked if I wanted anything else. Well I wanted an Aperol, but ended up with water. We also got 3 slices of bread and they tasted good but were super cold. My husband ordered the Lasagna - it was pretty good. I ordered the Salmon Carbonara and the waitress asked how spicy I wanted it between 1-5 and I said 2. It came VERY spicy, full of black and chilli peppers you could literally see it. I couldn't eat it all. I will not be back anytime soon and will not recommend it to anyone. I'd rather spend $24 on a pasta in many other places where service, drinks and food are way better.

Welcome back, Vapiano! After having been closed for about 2-3 years, Vapiano has re-opened as a traditional sit-down style restaurant. My fiancée was familiar with the original concept having finished her schooling up in Washington D.C.. When she moved back home and we moved in together to Brickell, we were very excited to eat here since it was close by, but did not get the chance before they closed. I am very happy to report that we've been here twice in the last week. Great food, great portions, and good prices for the area. Some of these dishes at neighboring restaurants will run you more for smaller portions, so give Vapiano a shot if you haven't already! The interior of Vapiano is very minimalistic and modern with greenery throughout the restaurant, including their pots of basil plants which are for diner use! The service is very warm and in our experience, we've never had to wait a long time for our meals. Here's everything we've gotten to try so far:- Carbonara ($20): hard to mess this pasta up, but they execute it very well. Creamy, cooked al dente, with a good amount of bacon scattered in the pasta, and made with your choice of noodle and spice level (something I've never been offered at other Italian restaurants, so we were able to get ours pretty spicy)! We chose linguini for our pasta, which came out great. Wish they offered a pappardelle option!- Calzone ($18): bigger than the plate it's served on, this is the spiritual successor to the one that was offered at Luna Park in Brickell City Centre. Easily feeds 2 people, and the calzone itself is jam packed with cheese, pepperoni, and sausage.- Reef N' Beef Salad ($21): this was a pretty expensive but oh-so-delicious salad! Made with beef tenderloin and grilled prawns (!), arugula, lettuce, grilled vegetables, cherry tomatoes, parmesan cheese, and tossed around in what tasted like a green goddess sauce. - Pepperoni Pizza ($18): a classic pizza which they excel at. You are given the choice of an "appetizer" sized pie or an entrée one. This is bigger than the personal pizza pies sold in the area, so it also can be split between two people.- Tiramisu ($9): served in a cup, this tiramisu is creamy and delicious. Even with the espresso beans, it could've used more espresso in my opinion, but it was still delicious. Maybe I'll try one of the other desserts next time.Already planning our next visit! I love having a more "affordable" Italian option in the area that doesn't sacrifice on quality. We will try the risotto next!

I've heard really good things about this place, but when i went it wasn't it. The pasta i ordered was way over cooked but was delicious otherwise. The service was horrible. The woman judged everything i ordered and when we were done she pilled all the plates at our table and left them there. Of course that was just bad luck for getting a server like that. The ambiance was nice, but the music was a little loud to the point you had to talk a little loud in order to communicate with your company.

STILL my favorite Italian restaurant in Miami. And I've been to a LOT of them - even the highly esteemed ones. Sheesh! So good! Please Vapianos, don't leave us again.Try the Calzone as a shared appetizer and the Carbonara is the best!

I have been going to Vapiano since before the pandemic. Then they closed and remained closed after the pandemic, but now they are back. The quality, portions, and variety of the menu is excellent. The food was well prepared and delicious from the Antipasto to the main course to the dessert. Service was friendly, attentive, and prompt. The ambience was great. Good background music but quiet enough for conversation. Be aware that parking is not free. They validate 50%. Also on the weekends, when you park in the building you have to walk around to the front of the building to enter the restaurant.
