This is the second time I've come and there's always flies.. the pho brother is mildly flavored.. and today when i saw a hair in my pho .. i showed them they took the plate that i showed them it on and thought it was polite to offer 50% off oh hairy pho.. never again will i come here

Our absolute go to spot for great pho and just great Vietnamese food in general. We have been coming here for years and the food is always consistent. The pho is truly the best around, it tastes so fresh every time. Service is good and food always comes out quick. Not too much seating inside so definitely gets packed for lunchtime and on weekends. Boba is also great here. Will always recommend V bistro to anyone.

My first visit here was years ago when the shopping center location was bustling and Vietnamese food was a relative rarity in North Houston. The food was unique and good. Fast forward to present day and the once thriving shopping center is now in decline but the dining room of V Bistro remains full with happy customers. Why? In an age where Vietnamese cuisine is no longer hard to find, V stays ahead of the game by using quality ingredients and putting customer care ahead of all else. The egg rolls here are large and crunchy. The marinade on the proteins just right and the thought put into plating allows the customer to craft their own personal bite with ease (and since cilantro and I are not friends, I especially appreciated this touch). Just go people.

Decided to try pho place since they have an awesome deal on pho combo for lunch. You get noodle or rice combo with egg roll or spring roll and drink for a decent price. Everything we ordered were amazingly delicious. I got the round steak and tendon pho with my steak on the side. I like my meat medium rare that's why I asked for it to be on the side. It's a fairly small restaurant but cozy and the service is pretty fast. Staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a must try.

Service was exceptional. I stopped by on Saturday October 14th around 2:00 pm. I ordered fresh spring rolls and "imperial" egg rolls. I specified with the sever that I wanted to eat them wrapped with lettuce, and fresh veggies with fish sauce. The spring rolls were a bit plain but the egg rolls were very good--piping hot. I had to do some grocery shopping afterward and as I made my way around the store, I wasn't feeling great. I went home afterwards and knew that I really felt "off". When that happens I always try to offset any feelings of food poisoning with a shot of liquor. I caught it in enough time that I didn't get totally sick but it did almost get me. I had been very impressed with the restaurant being so full and how quickly they got customers in and out and tables turned over quickly. So I don't think it was the rolls themselves, I think it was the "garnish" that I got sick from. I envisioned uneaten garnish being repurposed possibly but I'm not fully prepare for those kind of accusations. I just know that had I not taken the shot of liquor I would have definitely been sicker than I ended up being.I'm going to leave V-Bistro to their regular customers because they have plenty and clearly will not be hurting if I don't go there again.
