Such a vibe. Place doesn't get crowded and I absolutely love that. If there are no seats, you can't get in!Had great drinks! They are really creative. Staff is nice and attentive. They checked up on us often and gave recommendations. Would definitely suggest this spot for a chill vibe that's not over crowded.

Astounding flavors!Came on a random weekday night and was really glad to be able to get a spot. It wasn't too crowded and the bartender wasn't overly inundated. I asked for 2 different kinds of mocktails and the bartender came through! Got a traditional fruity one, tasted like pineapple and coconut and everything a tiki bar would serve. Then I asked for a floral one. And I was so pleasantly surprised! A lot of mocktails taste bitter or disappointing but not here!My husband got something off their seasonal menu and was super pleased with his drink. You can also order off the menu, as many people did and the bartender will make it delicious. Decor in here is astoundingly cool. Historic flag, antique cash register, the entire vibe was so amazing for a cocktail bar. 100% recommend if you're downtown, looking for a night with delicious drinks, or just in the area of the opera house.

Really cool bar. Was pretty full when we arrived on Friday night but they have a spacious seating area and the couches are comfy. Service was also really friendly and quick. They were also great about refilling our waters and we weren't at the bar which was so awesome. They had nice cocktail options of classics and originals. Would definitely return and it would be a cool spot to bring visitors.

Great cocktails, nice bar and nice bar staff. Well worth a visit if you're nearby. The Martinez cocktail was not my typical, but it was good to try something different and I can appreciate the skill that goes into making these drinks.

RAMOS GIN FIZZ. That's literally all you need to know about this place. We popped in on a Saturday evening and waited about 30 minutes for a table for 3 of us. It's a relatively little bar on the 1st floor of a building, shared with a bakery. What I appreciated about it was that they didn't just let people roam around to try to seat themselves. One of the staff usually chased you down and had you wait out in the lobby to wait for his summons. Still, they were gracious and a few parties that walked in when the place started to calm down were allowed to take seats at the bar.We didn't want to peak early and jump right into the RGF's so we tried some other drinks first - a couple Pineapple Juleps and a Knickerbocker later on. They were stiff but way too tart/dry, like someone left out the simple syrup. Anyway, that led us to finally diving into the RGF's and we never looked back. They were silky smooth and tasty. There were two bartenders making the RGF's and one guy you could tell made at least 100 of them a night. It was fun watching him make them the entire time we were there - some didn't always work out so he would toss them out (nooooo) but the ones he sent out where textbook perfect.A great find for us and a nice way to spend our last evening in Denver.

Union Lodge No.1 captures an old-school speakeasy and pays homage to the American bars of the late 19th century. Stepping through its doors is like stepping back in time to an era where specialty cocktails reigned supreme. The dedication to recreating the libations reminiscent of the Pre-Prohibition era is evident in every sip.The expert bartenders at Union Lodge No.1 are masters of their craft, infusing each cocktail with passion and years of experience. For example, they still pound the ice to make the big ice cubes. This cocktail menu is long so be prepared. Union Lodge No.1 proudly revives the specialty cocktail movement at its very origin. For those seeking an authentic and immersive experience, this speakeasy is a must-visit. It's not just a bar; it's a living, breathing tribute to a bygone era, where the spirit of mixology thrives.

A must visit while in downtown Denver! Union Lodge No. 1 is an amazing cocktail spot to have a drink or two before or after dinner. During our one night stay in Denver we checked out this place before heading to dinner, and our friends didn't want to leave! The bar is focused around the prohibition time. They have killer cocktails that only a true mixologist can make, while making it a performance during the creation. Everyone loved their drink and I don't know we can pick a favorite. Some that we tried were the Old Fashioned, Widow's Kiss, Red, White and Blue Blazer, and Whiskey Mint Julep. The Red, White, and Blue Blazer even came with a fiery performance! If you appreciate a good cocktail with amazing bartenders, this is you spot!

Was in colorado for my 21st. Looking forward to this bar as it seemed to have a very cool atmosphere. Refused to serve me because my ID was vertical even though it was my 21st birthday that day. Would recommend taking business elsewhere .
