This is my first time here, and the food was great. The restaurant was nice and clean, the service was professional and prompt. The waiter helped me decide and gave plenty of recommendations. I'm super particular about my crawfish and I must say this restaurant has met my expectations as far as seasoning and flavor goes as you can see in the picture. I will not order the crab cake again, it was not fresh at all. Drinks were amazing. They do have a happy hour during the week. I will definitely be coming back to this establishment.

My cousin invited me to her birthday celebration here. I had never been there. I ordered the Fried Catfish (2pc) & Fried Shrimp (4pc). The catfish was not catfish, but it was hot and good. Not much seasoning on it though, but hot. Also the shrimps were warm, not much seasoning either. The cajun fries were okay. Not bad if you're hungry. I had a chance to see family I had not seen in awhile.

A couple of my family members and I had a great time here. A little skeptical initially; however, that changed quickly. Our food was seasoned well and the quality was good. The Mexican Shots they offer are really good. Our waitress did a great job attending to us frequently. It was definitely a team effort.I enjoyed the fact there's a bar and TV for sporting events. I do recall the music being a good selection and family friendly. All-in-all I will return.

Terrible experience here today. Their internet was down which I get but they directed me to a atm that is not my bank so I received two $3 charges because of this. Then I couldn't see my extra potato that I paid for I watched as several employees at least 4 different squeeze on my seafood looking for the potato they must be really low at the potato factory lol. Also I had to wait even though I made online order due to the internet and the potato mystery added another 10 minutes to the wait time if I didn't drive almost an hour to get this seafood I would have demanded a refund and left . I don't think I will be back

The food was amazing got a combo number 2, very fulfilling! Was about $50. Service was amazing, very attentive and polite staff. They played good music in there and it had a good vibe.

So it was a 1st date and myself and my friend were not impressed AT ALL! As someone who has worked in fine dining for 20 years I didn't expect the best but omg this was horrible. The waiter ( I didn't pay so I don't know his name) if management contacts me I will definitely give a time, date and description of the server. Where do I even start!? No personality, my dates fries and my boil came out before the drinks but his wings came about 15 mins later and were burnt. I on the other hand had no silverware or anything to even begin to eat my boil ( even though I was waiting for my dates food to arrive before eating anyway). I had to go to the host stand and request silverware. Then about 25mins in I asked about our drinks. Then they come about 5 min later and the "free margarita" had literally no alcohol but whatever it was free. My double shot of vodka was a single but at this point I'm over it because I never got to enjoy my crab legs with my #1 combo because I was never given a tool to open them. I just took everything in the bag to go and will enjoy it tomorrow with the tools I have at home. It was my 1st time there and definitely my last. I'm all about coaching and this young man definitely needs re training. I literally asked him how he liked using "toast" you know, the system y'all use. He replied with jelly and butter. I was like wow! Then proceeded to tell me his manager doesn't even know how to use it. Unprofessional!!! If you all are looking for a trainer in any and most likely ALL aspects of your restaurant please reach out. I'm new to Houston and I could really help you all revamp, weed out the people who lack ambition and get you more guests and not only that but repeat guests. This was an absolute disgrace I felt bad for the restaurant. If all of your staff is lacking it definitely says something about management. Foh and bof lacked so terribly. You-all should be ashamed!!!!Went home and added my own bread ( was never offered any( then cut myself trying to open my crabs at home because I was in ever given a utensil at the restaurant. A nightmare. This place is horrible
