The Enchiladas Rojas were coated in tasty red sauce and filled with shredded chicken & melty cheese. My favorite!
La Bomba was a theatrical dessert and was like dessert nachos of sorts. The dessert was brought out in a half chocolate orb and then SMASHED
The Al Pastor Pork Belly Tacos are served with yuzu avocado sauce.
The Colorado Bison Anticucho had an explosion of gamey flavor & was nice and tender.
The Mojo Grilled Prawns are grilled and served on a skillet with shishito peppers & lemon on the side.
The Ceviche Amarillo is made with ahi tuna, aji amarillo, mango, cucumber & red onion.
The Salmon was a piping hot, light & flakey fish that was mild in flavor with a tender bite.
For welcome cocktails we had Pineapple Mezcal Sours made with mezcal, pineapple, lime agave, Palo Santo bitters & egg white.

What a lovely place! For the decor to the ambiance it had a chic yet homey vibe. The service was great. He made great drink suggestions. The food was fantastic. Get the amarillo ceviche, it is a must! I will definitely be going back.

I was bisibytinghe dining room, as it was to me.Each dish was exquisite.Amarillo Ceviche -- real pureed mango and mango cubes, with fresh veggies and tender seafood. Flavor bursts and lingers.Blackened tuna tacos -- tender, flavorful tuna, bright and creamy sauce, crunchy slaw. Textured, layered flavors.Seared scallops on a bed of pureed sweet corn with bits of crispy pork belly. Mellow, sweet, oceany, tender, creamy. The boldness of the pork belly the nutty sweetness of the corn, the salty charred creaminess of the scallops equalled perfection.Yuzu coconut cake was the perfect ending. Delicate coconut, vivid yuzu, a bit of passionfruit, a spoonful of cream: delectable.Whenever you are in Denver, Toro is an excellent choice.

A few weeks ago, my husband and I visited Toro to celebrate my doctoral achievement. The restaurant featured the Honey menu, which was absolutely delightful. Our server was incredibly friendly and recommended a variety of dishes that didn't disappoint-- from foie gras tacos and mac & cheese to plantain chips with smoked swordfish dip, Brussels sprouts, truffle fries, and lomo saltado (beef fillet).We were seated in a quaint, quiet area of the restaurant, where the ambiance was just perfect for our celebration. Toro proved to be a fantastic choice for a memorable dining experience close to home.

Wow I am so impressed by their aesthetics, decor and vibes. The service was phenomenal as well. I showed up to my all you can eat brunch and bottomless drinks. I didn't have to ask for any appetizers or desserts. It all came out. Everything was delicious. I can't explain how great everything tasted! Me and my girls will definitely be back! I tried pretty much almost everything on the bottomless brunch. You can't go wrong with anything here. The vibes were upscale and fancy.

Toro in Cherry Creek offers a warm and inviting dining experience. The empanadas and swordfish dip were flavorful highlights, and the bison burgers were delicious and well-prepared; I brought home the other half of mine for lunch, so definitely enough food! There is a decent wine selection and while I didn't have any cocktails, they looked tasty as well. Our server was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall positive vibe. While the food was delicious, the prices were on the higher side. Still, it's a great spot for a special occasion or an upscale night out!

Everything was absolutely amazing the service was great, (any service worker who can put up with my father is automatically amazing). They made my sister and my birthday one to remember. Every thing we tried on the menu left you wanting more, from octopus to empanadas, it was all amazing. Lastly, who ever designed the interior of the restaurant knew what they were doing. They made the patio look warm on a cold night and made the whole inside cozy and upscale. My family couldn't stop talking about how they want to come back next year and they don't even like Denver. I'd say we will all be returning.

Fine dining at its best. Steve the waiter was super nice and helpful. The food was phenomenal. The bathroom was amazing. Loved this place and I would go back! The steak was excellent. The sweet corn empanadas were wonderful! Worth going back!

What can I say about Toro that hasn't already been said about Nikola Jokic? It was unique, creative, and jaw droppingly good. Seriously though, this place rocks. We were in town for just a few days and we both felt so lucky that we found this place, more or less by chance. The atmosphere is really great, the place is hopping while also leaving more than enough space between parties so it doesn't feel like we're all in on each other's conversations. Their ribeye was the best steak I've had in the last year. The Amarillo ceviche was absolutely perfect. Sweet corn empanadas were the best ones I've ever eaten. If you can leave room for dessert, I highly recommend the strawberry brûlée.
