Came here for an anniversary dinner and it was everything I could imagine. The new rebrand definitely is something innovative and exciting to see especially Black owned. We started with drinks, and quickly into appetizers. We decided to try the crab dumplings and they were fantastic! Definitely recommend on your next visit.For entree, we decided to have the teriyaki salmon bowl and it was truly one of a kind. The flavors and blend of asian cuisine was truly exquisite. Lastly for dessert, had the banana pudding it was spot on! The ice cream, cinnamon notes, the flavor was a great mix and truly going back for more. The service and ambiance was great, and our waiter truly seemed passionate on making sure our experience was well. Will be coming back soon!

I heard that this place rebranded into more of an upscale establishment. The vibe is very much bougie but still vibey. The servers are attentive; the menu lacks variety however, the menu options are pretty good. Ordered the teriyaki salmon and a tequila lemon drop in which were both great options however the portion sizes are VERY small but high priced. For $42 for an entree, I would think the portion sizes would be a little bigger. ‍ The options are "just enough" but also not enough. Depending on your budget I would refer this place for a date night, birthday dinner, solo date, or girl's date. It's not a place that I would frequent often but I would go once every 2 months just to order the teriyaki salmon.

Came here for my birthday celebration and it was definitely a vibe! This is James Harden restaurant and it's Very nice with luxury decor with opulence! The main dining area was closed due to renovations but we had the pleasure to sit in the patio bar area. It was very nice and intimate with the Dj who was playing all the hits! I couldn't stop singing and dancing. Our server was nice and very attentive! He recommended the top picks and the food was awesome OMG so flavorful! I ordered the salmon with crab fried rice I'm happy it was on point!!! No complaints whatsoever! My Hennessy sidecars was so delicious and not too sweet! Overall, I do recommend this place for girls night out or celebrations. They have hookah if you want with various flavors. Sidenote: They charge for parking $20.00 for self parking.

Came here for a birthday and was unsure if it would be appropriate for a 13 year old but definitely glad we came! Marcus was our server and he went above and beyond to explain the menu and what he felt were his favorites. It really helped us first timers decide on what to choose. The only minor issue we had was that we ordered our steak medium rare and it arrived medium well done. A new one was quickly prepared and it was totally worth the wait! Will definitely be returning with my girlfriends soon!

Food is amazing, drinks are amazing, hookah lounge is a must! Definitely a good time, every time. The new menu will take your taste buds around the world and back! The seafood is so fresh and amazing!

Came here to do a surprise brunch for one of my closest friends. When we arrived, we were greeted and sat down in the lobby to await a table. Once seated, we were greeted by Taylor, who was our server. She was so nice and friendly and we all enjoyed her!We happened to be there on a day when their AC was having an issue so it was HOT as hell, you hear me? Now we were a table of 8, drinking. They had a bigger, industrial looking fan, but since a table of 3 had requested it be turned toward them, we were not able to feel it. That was honestly very annoying because we spent about 3 hours there. The mimosas were really good though! We did a carafe or blueberry and mango and mixed them and it was the best flavor! Then we did strawberry and peach and lastly watermelon and strawberry. I wasn't a fan of the watermelon, none of us were actually but please believe we left no drops! Lol Now the food took FOREVERRRR to come out. There were 3 people who waited an additional 10 mins after everyone else got most of their food. Between us all, we had the steak and eggs, shrimp and grits and deep fried strawberry cheesecake French toast. No one complained about their food, except that the eggs were literally just eggs and cheese - no seasoning of any kind. (And y'all know it's not the same to season after it's cooked, but I digress). There was a photographer that came and took our photos, individually and as a group. The pics and frames were beautiful! We even went outside and took some more. They were $20 a photo, with these pretty glass frames. The bathroom was clean, and I didn't go to the other side so o can't comment on that part. It could be a bit pricey, but we liked that although we were a group, we still got individualized bills. They even brought out the cake we brought and sang HBD with us. We were also given some to-go containers and bags - nice touch. Would I go back? Yup. Would I recommend this place? Also yes.

How I have waited this long to review this establishment is beyond me, but better late than never.Food: I would fight my own mother to learn the secret to their impeccable lamb chops. They are seasoned perfectly, tender, and covered with a delicious chimichurri sauce Additionally, the cilantro lime rice is flavorful. It may have been undercooked though, but I didn't taste it at the restaurant so I didn't realize it until the next day. My dinner partner ordered the Mac and cheese egg rolls, which I tasted, but wasn't a fan of. There wasn't much of the seafood described in the description. Another dish that suffered the 'to be desired' fate were the crab fries. I had flashbacks of the old Wendy's commercial...where's the beef!! Service: Service was ok. We dined when they first opened and items still took a bit of time to arrive, including our cocktails. Ambiance: The establishment is sexy. I didn't get a chance to visit the other side, but it appeared to be lively. The, what I assume to be the main dining area, was quaint in size but lavish in decor. Definitely a date night spot. I will be returning because like I said initially...lamb chops!

I was served By Ariana and she was such a sweetheart !!! She made me and my friends night. I will definitely be coming back to see her again, her energy was so amazing this is my new favorite place to be I cannot recommend it enough!!

Was totally unaware of the rebranding (now Asian inspired, more specifically, Japanese ) and was a bit disappointed when the menu items did not align with Google. My fault for not going directly to the website, I did discuss my disappointment with manager Shawn (Sean-sorry if I have misspelled) and he seemed as if he wanted to debate me instead of understanding my frustration. Anyway, it is what is it. The vibe is cozy and chic. Thankfully when we arrived it was not crowded which made it great for a chill, relaxing time, and conversation. We came for a birthday celebration and our server was Amina (sorry if I have misspelled your name). Amina is cute as a button and has the personality to match. Our disappointment in the menu selection was voiced, Amina apologized, stated she understood, and helped us navigate the menu (take note Mr. Shawn (Sean)...smh). I chose the Dandan NoodlesRamen Noodles, Chili Sauce, Aged White Cheddar, Sesame Oil, Garlic, Onsen Egg and Lobster and Shrimp DumplingsLobster Tail, Shrimp, Yuzu Aioli, Soy Vinegar, Pea Shoots. Both were amazing! The ramen had just enough heat and I was actually able to indulge with my chopsticks in a dignified manner (iykyk...lol) The dumplings were perfection (chef's kiss). The Birthday Girl who is a VERY picky eater got the salmon bowl and a lemon drop martini which she enjoyed immensely. The other guest had the lamb chops which were to her satisfaction as well.Even though experience was dampened by the rebranding, Amina turned things around--much appreciation to her! Thirteen is a solid 3, Amina and the food made it a 4.

Great Vibe! The ambiance was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff was really friendly. If I lived in Houston, I'd be a regular.
