There's No Place Like Nola

The wings were nice and crunchy....Perfect seasoning. This is my second visit. I recommend them if you like wings.

The owner is extremely nice and very personable! He took talked with us for awhile after the food came out. Food: really good wings! Extremely huge wings. The 5 count wing is more than enough. He goes above and beyond and sources huge wings that are very good quality so 5 stars for that! Lots of restaurants cheap out and get small lower quality wings but the owner does right by his Clients and orders huge big healthy wings. The wings are really good. I enjoyed the buffalo hot and the plain chicken wings. Very good stuff. The red beans and rice were very tasty. A little salty but good. The Cajun rice was good too. Just a little too much salt for my liking. They also bless you with a few piece of lemon cake. How nice. I will most definitely stop by next time I am in the area.

They have take-out and delivery as well as dine-in. Located in a small strip that includes a gas station/convenience store, you might miss it the first time. Inside it is dark with a nightclub vibe including a dance floor and karaoke after 8 pm on Fridays. This is my third time here and I still enjoyed it. I had the Robin's sampler with sweet potato fries which is 6 shrimp, 6 wings (choose your flavor) plus a side. Everything was great including the fries. Ranch dressing for wings tasted homemade. We had jambalaya previously which was spicy and just the right portion size. My teen son had a cheeseburger which he stated was one of the best he has ever had and he eats burgers pretty regularly. It eems that once COVID-19 is under control, this would be greay for parties and office events except for limited parking. I will return.

Foods great te Staff was friendly.Decor absolutely beautiful!Its also a event venue!My chicken and waffles were veeerry good!I plan to come back one night. They close at 9 unless you have a event. Time has changed so thats one plus about this place!The name meets expectations...lol.This is one place that i been thats a restaurant and lounge that has social markers in place and lots of space!

Highly recommended. Both the Wings & Waffle were full of flavor and extremely fresh! The regular wings were seasoned so I can only imagine how good their flavored wings are. Service was great and it took about 13 minutes for my food to come out. Didn't use the restrooms but dining area was clean! The restaurant in itself is huge and definitely great for entertaining. It has bar tables, dining tables, pool tables, huge flat screen, dance floor and its BYOB! The owner also stated it can be rented. Ideal for an adult birthday party, would definitely recommend!

This place right here y'all! The food is bomb!!! I've been going every week almost! They lemon pepper wings are scrumptious and they have the best po boy that I have had in Houston. All the food is cooked to order so definitely call in your order ahead of time because it does take a while, but so worth the wait.

I was looking for somewhere new to try for lunch and saw this place. A friend and I from work gave this a try and oh my tastebuds!!! Tried their hamburger which was huge, juicy, tasty and fresh tomato, pickles and onion on it with a light and fresh bun.It was soooo good. I got the basket and was also happily surprised that the fries were also amazingly good and perfectly seasoned. The owner told us they are moving to a new location in about a week that will be bigger and have a bigger and nicer parking situation for customers. It will be a few blocks away from the current location. I will be back for sure and often.Can't wait to try the fish and the other genuine NOLA style

All the food seems like it came from the frozen food isle. ( shrimp, fries and onion rings).I am not a regular customer. And, in the spirt of fairness I have only eaten their food once.

I finally tried their bacon cheeseburger and onion rings. Burger was huge, fresh and juicy. It was delicious. I've had the chicken wings before and they were also delicious. Will definitely be back to try something else on the menu
