Since this is my favorite restaurant in Atlanta I had to take family to try it out. We came for happy hour and it was better than expected. They had these Rangoon filled spring rolls that were cold but super flavorful with. A sweet chili sauce. The green beans that are tempura fried with this fantastic mustard sauce are beyond amazing. I have tried to make them myself and they just don't turn out as good as the Woodall I will say the only thing that was disappointing was the oyster for their happy hour I thought would be an actual full oyster not a little fried oyster.Needless to say my family enjoyed everything from service to food. This is their new spot now!

Came here for Saturday brunch. We tried the steak & eggs, fried chicken salad and the grilled okra appetizer. Everything was really good. I'm not a huge okra fan but I loved the feta dip and bread that it came with. Our server was really nice and our food came quickly. The only con is that we were looking forward to trying the table side old fashioneds but there was no one available to do it. We tried the house old fashioned but it wasn't memorable. I would go back but later in the evening to get the full experience.

What a great experience. Sometimes I debate scores. This is a solid fiveThe greeter was polite and sat us right awayOur server was so polite. Attentive. Gave us good recommendationsI had the gnocchi. With lump crab and ground pepper. I have ordered gnocchi at hundreds of restaurants. This was the best. If you like gnocchi, get it. You won't be sorry.

Wonderful dinner with friends. Impeccable service. The waiter remembered our friends from previous visits and knew about food sensitivities and dietary restrictions. He was attentive, knowledgeable and very pleasant. He was helpful with suggestions as well. Everything was delicious. We started with cocktails. I had an Old Fashioned and it was one of the best I have ever had! We shared the crab beignets for an appetizer, and I was thrilled to see Pork Secretos on the menu for mains. It is my favorite cut of my favorite meat, and I didn't think we could get Iberian pork in the US. It was perfect! My boyfriend had the steak frites and also a half order of the cacio de Pepe with crab which was excellent. We shared a dessert - the name of which I cannot recall. All in all a lovely evening and fantastic dining experience.

This is my favorite place to go after I finish my biweekly nail appt. I come during happy hour and sit on the outside part of the bar. I love the small appetizers and the well crafted drinks. My favorite thing to order is the Brocolli Caesar with a skinny margarita. The bartenders are nice and professional. The inside of the restaurant gives air down dinner date vibes but you Will occasionally catch a family of 4-6 sitting at one of the larger tables. The rest of the restaurant is booths. All in all, I never have any issues at this spot. I just come, eat my appetizers, drink 1-2 drinks and it's the perfect way to end my nail appt.

One of my favorite burgers in Atlanta. Simple meat, cheese, and pickles, & packed with flavor. The one place you can get a double smash burger actually prepared to a certain temperature (I like medium). The green beans are always reliably awesome (although funnily always plated differently each time we go). If you're craving fries, those are also a fantastic side option that typically comes with the burger. Note: the kitchen closes mid-afternoon, but the bar stays open for drinks.

Worth a trip! From the service, to the impeccably paired entrees, the Woodall is a 10/10 (and I'm usually superrr picky). Bartenders (Thomas and Ashley) were efficient, and master the drinks of my choice perfectly. Chef Darrius was knowledgeable, passionate, and most importantly, attend to details. Elegant yet spacious dining area with top shelf liquor choices. Wish I lived closer to come to this gem more frequently.

Can I give six stars? I picked this place for dinner with my wife after she finished her presentation at her conference. We got there early but they accomplished us right away and sat us at a table. Everyone, and I mean everyone was really friendly and welcoming. The place was busy and bustling. And the open kitchen was cranking No one was standing still. Our server, Blake, was great she took our drink order and then answered all our questions we had about the menu. I wanted to order the Vesuvio Pasta, however, she mentioned that the cheese used was similar to a blue cheese. I am extremely allergic and mentioned that I would end up in the hospital and she suggested that the chef would be happy to use another cheese! Wow! I don't even have to ask. My wife ordered the cacio e pepe with gnocchi and lump crab and we ordered the pickled heirloom beets and six grilled oysters. Martha ordered a Lemon Drop and I ordered a glass of Austin Hope Cab. She said it was the best lemon drop she has had in years and, I am always leary ordering wine by the glass because who know how long the bottle has been open, but it was perfect. We ate the pickled beets which were tart and tasty but too tart for my wife. We were still waiting for our oysters and waiting when a young man, Carnie Colliver walked over and apologized for the delay saying the kitchen was getting slammed and we understood. After all I was watching these guys work. He then informed me that he was taking the oysters off our bill due to the delay and our patience!! I did not even complain about the delay and was blown away by his concern and consideration. This was a great meal. Everything was delicious. The service was fantastic and so friendly. If you're visiting the area I cannot recommend this place any more than I have. Can I give six stars. We are going back tomorrow ! That's how much we liked it.

First and foremost, food here was wonderful. I made a reservation to celebrate my husband's birthday with his family. He and I got closer to our reservation time but the rest of our party were seated right away as they got there earlier than we did. The restaurant was actually pretty small with mostly booths and had a covered and heated outdoor dining space, which I'm sure is wonderful when the weather warms up. I love that this restaurant offers NA beverages for those of us who don't drink alcohol. I ordered the Peach Me I'm Dreaming - very sour and refreshing but not enough peach flavor imo. Our server gave us a background of the dishes they serve at the restaurant since it was everyone's first time here. The chef is trained in LA but so puts a French and Asian twist in his food. For starters, we ordered the lump crab beignets (must get! It was creamy and filled with crab meat though a bit salty for my liking topped with the wasabi mustard sauce), beef franks and Japanese grilled eggplant. For entree, I ordered the trout with fried rice and HK style sauce. This is also a must get when you're here.Where we started having issues is that our food didn't come out at the same time. The beignets and franks came out first but it seemed like they must have forgotten our eggplant as we had to remind our server we were still waiting for it. Our entrees slowly started coming but was staggered, some people at our table didn't get their meals until 10-15 mins after. The manager explained that their meals weren't up to standard so they had to remake them, which caused the delay. They did fix this issue by taking off one of the appetizers and giving us a discount from our bill, plus giving us vouchers for free appetizers next time around. Overall, really good food but service could be better.
