Omggggg! The food here is incredible! The portions are astronomical and inexpensive! As a Nigerian, I will say we are very ummmm critical and particular about our food! The food here is amazing and you can taste the authenticity in his food! You can tell that the chef puts love and VERY EXPENSIVE, quality flavors and spices in the food! If you cannot make it to Lagos, no worries the food here taste like you went to a 5 star restaurant in Lagos! Yesss from a food truck! Very impressed! The Suya is amazing! The Egusi and fufu are sooooo good!!! And this brother makes Mac and Cheese like nobody's business! Chicken sandwich is giving these "other" places a serious run for their money! I've never had ANYTHING bad here! Give it a go! You will not be disappointed!

I'm here at 12:55 pm and it's not open. I'm told it opens around 3-4 pm, I'll come back when I'm in the area. It's also a food truck in the parking lot of the shell gas station

I found this place while looking for something to eat. I saw that they sale Jollof rice and I knew I had to check it out. I ordered the Jollof rice with suya, plantains and Mac and cheese. Let me tell you, they did not disappoint!! I knew from the aroma of my plate that I got everything that I came for! I took my first bite of the suya & Jollof rice & instantly fell in love with the rich flavors and spice. I can't begin to explain the taste of things you just have to try it for yourself !! 10 out of 10 I would recommend . I intend to be a regular customer.

Perfect location to my hotel that did not have a restaurant connected. I'm from Los Ángeles so my food expectations are high. I ordered the pork chop sandwich. The pork chop was tender with the perfect crispy edge. The bun was soft and buttery. The lettuce and tomato were super fresh. Plus the amount of seasoned fries that come with the meal was an added bonus. I had to push the fries away otherwise I would have been too full from those alone. I couldn't finish the sandwich so I ate the rest for my midnight snack. If I return to NC, The Spot will be my first stop!

Yes. Yes. And YES again. THE SPOT is serving hands down the best jollof rice and suya in NC. I just got in town from a 22-hour drive. This was the perfect welcome to Raleigh, NC. Do yourself a FLAVOR and go. They did not disappoint.

Quality! That jollof rice is Heaven. My kid's quesadilla and fries were also awesome. Hi Can't wait to try more from the menu.

Great food alot of food for the price.Also his prices are not high. I most definitely recommend the Spot. Good food.

The Nigerian who owns this place is very good at the business. My dad told me he went there for dinner and it's the best Philly cheese steak you'll find in the state. So I had to go try it myself. Being an Italian I'm very picky what I eat. I ordered the Philly cheese steak no peppers and light onions. The food MELTED in my mouth. So many great flavors. He can cook! 5 stars!!! Also the food truck is on the new burn avenue and trawick in the shell gas station. A hotel is behind it. Google maps shows in a different spot!

I had the chicken wings but I could not eat the chicken tasted like it was almost spoiled. I also had the bang bang shrimp with the rice and macaroni and cheese. The bang bang shrimp was OK not the best I've ever had and the rice was the same OK but not the best I've ever had and the mac & cheese another OK not the best I've ever had. It's a decent place to eat considering it is a food truck. When I seen this on yelp somebody give them five stars I'll give it a 3 to a 3 1/2.

This is one of my favorite food trucks I love the eguisi stew with fufu & another favorite is the steak sandwich it's so tender and good. Then some days which he has Alfredo which is another good dish everything is delicious
