Savage Beet was fantastic food truck experience! I can't say enough about how great a meal it was!

Had the tacos. They were good and their spicy green sauce to add to it were good too. Be prepared to wait if you order in the later hours. Otherwise very good and a nice way to make yourself healthy.

The Nachos were delicious! And the service was friendly and fast. I hope to check them out at Cerebral soon.

The Korean BBQ was amazing! My first time with jack fruit and will go back. The brussels were fan-fuhkin-tastic! They were almost like having dessert. Service was great and friendly. Will be stalking this truck

The loaded nachos and the BBQ jackfruit hoagie were both fantastic. We just tried them at Grandma's House's Vegan Market. The Savage Beet was one of the food trucks parked on the street just outside the brewery. Excited to try more of their offerings!

This is hands down one of the best vegan places in Denver. We got the mac and cheese, sopes, and nachos and ALL were delicious. We couldn't pick a favorite. Vegan options in Denver are limited and even then it's hard to find really delicious plant-based vegan options. The savage beet is one of the best there is! Will be coming back regularly.

We ran across The Savage Beet food truck out at Danico Brewing near DIA. We aren't vegans, but we like to try new things and so we decided to try some of the food from the truck while enjoying tasty beers at the brewery. The food was WAY better than we expected and the service was friendly and outstanding. The ambience of the truck was what you'd expect: a converted UPS-looking delivery van/truck with a window and great smells coming from inside. All joking aside, the food was amazing. What an interesting fusion of spices and textures and flavor! Wow! The servings are big and the smells are incredible! These guys have got a great thing going! We'd definitely order from them again! A full on 10 on the yummy scale!

Best food truck in Denver. Bar none! If you havent tried them yet do yourself a favor. You won't be disappointed . So glad we found this one.

Y'all, if you are reading this please look no further. I work at a brewery and we have food trucks everyday and this is not only the best food truck I've ever had. This is the best food I've had in Denver. Their Cubano was the best I've ever had. Just thinking about it makes my mouth water. They are the only food truck we have that customers make a point to come up to the bar and tell us how amazing their food was. For the love of god do yourself a favor and order from them. You will not regret it!
