The Republic Grille

Loved the overall experience. Went on a Friday evening, place was full but were seated quickly. It was our first time here and food tasted great. No one complaint. Loved it.

I can't believe it took me so long to check this restaurant out as it's a few minute walk from my neighborhood, but better late than never! No reservations were needed, we were sat promptly, and the service was outstanding (unfortunately I don't remember our servers name but she was lovely)! Very clean restaurant, and our food and beverages came out promptly. Absolutely no complaints on the food and beverages whatsoever; I will definitely be returning especially for the happy hour because of the discounts on select alcohol and beverages.

My first visit to this restaurant I must say the Fried Chicken special was great! The chicken was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside with a good buttermilk batter flavor. Mixed veggies and corn bread was tasty as well. I also tried the Coconut Shrimp which were huge and had a excellent flavor as well. Mike was our server he was delightful! Very pleasant, patient and accommodating. The one thing I would change is the restaurant lighting it was too dark for an afternoon lunch. I would suggest dimming lights for dinner and having brighter lights for lunch. The location I visited was in Spring TX and will visit again and bring others.

Wow!! My family and I just had an amazing experience at The Republic Grille, not only because the food was outstanding, but the service was even better. We want to send a massive thank you to our server/ Lead Bartender, Jamie who was an absolute delight to be in the presence of. If he hadn't been our server, I maybe would've been happy with the meal, however with the abundance of restaurants in the area, it would've not been likely for me to intentionally return.Jamie made us all want to support this business for years to come, or at the very least make sure to find him wherever he ends up. We need more people like Jamie in the service industry.. those who truly want to serve! My husband and live in Denver, and we have close family who live in Spring. We WILL be sure to make it back here & to tell our friends and fam they should too!

I highly recommend The Republic Grill to anyone who enjoys a good meal. The TRG Top Chop is my favorite but I can honestly say I haven't had a bad meal at The Republic Grill. They make an awesome Old Fashioned and the Martinis are excellent as well. The wait staff is always knowledgeable and attentive without being annoying while trying to enjoy the delicious food. I often bring my out of town guest here because I can always count on a consistently good experience and excellent meal with a good variety of options to make everyone happy.

We ordered takeout from The Republic Grille before and enjoyed the food very much. Recently we dined in person. There was a bit of a wait as it was a busy Saturday evening. When you enter, they open the door for you, which I thought was lovely. The interior is beautifully decorated. It's a small space, but you don't feel crowded. Service was good. The food was a hit. I had the seafood pasta, which was absolutely delicious. My husband had the chicken marsala, which was tender and juicy. We ordered a grilled chicken with rice and bacon jalapeño Mac & cheese to go for my son. I wasn't sure if my son would like the Mac & cheese, but he raved about it and wished they gave a bigger portion. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant.

This is my second time to this location of the Republic Grill. The service was even better than the first time. I really like the atmosphere of the restaurant. It feels cozy without being small. The server recommended the Blacked Flounder and it was a smash hit with me. My husband ordered the ribeye "black and blue" very few places know how to cook this correctly. It came out perfect. I wish I could remember the name of the wine we had it was a cabernet and was smooth with a very nice finish. I have to go back to get the name. I cannot wait to visit again. It is becoming our "go to" place for an upscale dinner and to bring our out of town friends.

Food is fantastic! Any item on the menu is literally a party in your mouth. The service is great too.

This restaurant was inside the Westchase Marriott. The servers were friendly but unfortunately a bit slow. My recommendation is on weekends where there is something going on at the hotel.... Double your waitstaff.The food however was delicious! I had the Salmon Cesar Salad the first night.... Salmon was cooked to perfection and the salad was crisp and fresh with just the right amount of dressing for my taste.The next day for lunch I had the veggie wrap and sweet potato fries. Another Win! I'm excited to be back next weekend for another stay
