Ordered delivery for lunch for a relative that was fast. Was rib tips, collards, Mac n cheese. They felt rib tips were chewy but had a good taste and sides were good. Same day though may as well not cook and get dinner. Smoked chicken, okra, Mac n cheese, sweet potato muffins and Rib tips, Mac n cheese, potato salad. Chicken had a good taste, okra was too salty for my liking but cooked well, Mac n cheese had a vinegar type taste. Out of rib tips and automatically replaced with shredded pork (no asks and auto replaced), out of sweet potato muffins, left out potato salad. Owner is very nice and personable. Offered a free meal on next visit. Small seating area outside, no inside seating. Good to see this type restaurant in the area.

This is the worst BBQ I have ever had in my life if you are looking for something nasty to eat, then look no further this is the place for you! The food and the service left everything to be desired. I will not be back and I do not recommend.

This was quite an annoying experience. I'm not familiar with this side of town, but when I saw it, I was expecting GREAT food because it is definitely a hole in the wall type of place. Saw the banana pudding on IG and came the same week to try them out.They have a good sized menu, but this is where things started to get annoying. No pulled chicken platter, but they have a pulled pork platter. Since they have a pulled chicken sandwich , we asked if we can sub the pulled pork for pulled chicken and get the platter. No. Ok fine...I'm not a pork eater so I chose the pulled chicken sandwich. The menu isn't clear as to whether it comes with a side. Trying to get clarification was confusing. We asked if I can get okra as a side. No. So I just ordered a separate side of okra. When I finally got my food, I found it DID come with a side of fries so basically they don't allow substitutions... It would be helpful if they made that clear. The sandwiches are pricey for what you get , $10 up to 17. So finally, we get to taste the food... And here is where the disappointment really set in. I don't know if I experienced them on a bad day or what, but it was really nothing to write home about. The pulled chicken had no taste outside of the sauce. The okra was... Just okra. And fries... Just fries. The banana pudding was ok but just not what I was expecting. We also got the sampler. I didn't try it, but my bf didn't like any of the food. The mac & cheese was extremely disappointing. It lacked taste and had a weird vinegary aftertaste.I did witness something that I thought was good customer service. An elderly woman walked up to the window and didn't have enough for a drink, and they gave her a free bottle of water. It was extremely hot that day.But overall, chile definitely a hole in the wall, and one I will not be back to.Please note, there is no inside seating. It's a walk up window with a few outside tables for seating. There was also a shooting down the street... Literally 30 minutes after we left.

Brisket is great! The sides were meh but the meat was worth going back for. I got the brisket sandwich, macaroni, slaw, and fries.

Visiting Atlanta to spend time with my family. I searched for "burgers" near where we were staying and this place popped up. The staff was friendly and the french fries were delicious. Portion sizes are enormous-- my son ordered a hamburger and it was the size of at least three regular burgers. Like, we could have divided it up among a family of 4 and each had plenty.

Surprise!! A great new BBQ resturant on Peyton in SW Atlanta and its worth writing about Quality service, fresh food, prepared quickly (within 15mins)I ordered a 6 smoked chicken wing platter with potato salad and mac & cheese. The wings were LARGE! Whole wings(I only needed 4) and smoked well- still juicy and not dry. Although the mac & cheese did not have Elbow pasta, the mini penne was a great option. Cheesy and well seasoned. However, the star of the show was the Potato Salad. Yes, "slap your mama" worthy They do leave the skin on the potatos but the chef knows how to make this dish.Other selections you should try- sweet potato muffin, baked beans, rib tips, banana pudding(no complaints from the family)The location parking is tight, but its available as well as outdoor seating while you wait. The environment is clean and safe.

The sweet potato muffins are so damn good!!! The brisket and salmon egg rolls are always fresh and hot. I definitely enjoy the customer service.

This is a quaint bbq spot that serves exactly what their name says. The airbrushed paintings on the building features Atlanta rappers/celebrities.The food here is ok. It's definitely not terrible, but it's not mind-blowing either. When I eat out, I look for an elevated experience. I look for a taste that I cannot get from home or from any backyard barbecue. We ordered a family platter which came with ribs, rib tips, brisket, and chicken wings. Our sides were collard greens, mac n cheese, baked beans, and coleslaw.The meat itself was ok, but I can get that same flavor from any backyard bbq. Nothing special there.The collard greens were very leafy, and subtle seasonings. The mac n cheese looked better than it tasted. Not saying that it was bad, but I've had better.The baked beans and coleslaw were the stars of this show. I love baked beans with a little meat mixed in. The coleslaw looked very unusual, but don't let the looks deceive you. It was really good!The banana pudding was also pretty good. It was really sweet.Overall, this is a place that I would venture to again just to try some of the other menu items.

i am very disappointed in this first experience with this place. for starters, here is what I ordered via DoorDash: turkey wing platter w/ collard greens n mac; smoked wings app, salmon bites app, 4 sweet potato muffins. $50 later, what i got was a bbq chicken platter, NO collard greens, 2 mac n cheeses, 6 salmon bite pieces, smoked wings, and only 3 muffins. there was no communication from the restaurant or the driver (which i already took up with DoorDash) that the turkey wing platter was out of stock. they replaced it with the BBQ wings making it way more chicken than we wanted or needed. I don't even know if they were out of collards or not. the muffins we did get were overcooked. I will say that the food overall tasted pretty solid--my children and i liked the taste of the muffins once we got past them being overdone. the mac n cheese was flavorful n cheesy. however, i need those salmon bites to be in the $7-8 range because baebae, WHY are we paying $12 for a small piece of salmon cut up into only 6 smaller bite size pieces?? Sigh... it's close to the house, so i may give them one more shot but i will do it as a walk up and not thru a delivery service again. I even tried calling the business directly to get clarity on my order but no answer....

Cool little bbq spot. Has a walk up window, friendly staff, and good food. The rib tips were a stand out. I'm typically not a sauce on my ribs type of lady, but they provided sauce on the side and it was really good. I also had an order of their fried fish, and it was fried crispy and seasoned right. The lemonade might give you diabetes- just sayin. Definitely check them out, if you're in the area.
