They held on to it for a few days and to his surprise he didn't have any unapproved charges appear so he was able to keep the same card. Must be a few good people left in the world and they happened to work here. I hadn't been here before so we decided to pop in for a quick dinner. Overall, I'd recommend you give it a try as well if you like bar food and car atmospheres. Very good service and the food was flavorful. I ordered the brisket plate with the BBQ sauce on the side. The macaroni and cheese had good flavor but was a little dry for my preference, not bad though, I still ate more than half. Brocolli was cooked exactly how I like it with a nice crunch to it. My son had the wings and said they were very good. Waitress also mentioned that they won an award for their wings too. Husband had the Philly cheese steak and had no complaints.

Great service huge portions good AC lots of tvs if you watch sports and the food was genuinely tasty. Interesting name for somewhere with no pickled onions.

Yay, it's open! And very much worth the wait! This area (Forestville Shopping Center off Louisburg Road) has needed this, and it shows, cause they are doing quite the business!We stopped in on a Thursday for dinner and it was packed. We were told a 15 minute wait, but we got lucky and a high top near the door cleared quickly for us. What I loved most was the staff were all working together. We had three different folks who made sure we were taken care of. All with a great attitude despite being so busy.Food is the same menu we've enjoyed at their other locations. Nice variety. Husband enjoyed his philly steak sandwich and I was quite pleased with my patty melt, baked potato and broccoli.There are tv's everywhere, and a good amount of seating, including a fairly long bar. Supposedly they will eventually be opening a courtyard with outdoor seating which should help with the crowds. Thanks Pickled Onion folks for opening this location. You are appreciated!

Has a wide variety of choices. I had a rare tuna platter. Wife had tuna tacos and French onion soup. Everything was excellent. We will definitely return. Total bill was $39.00

We enjoyed our first visit here. We ordered the wings and jalapeño poppers, which were tasty. My only challenge was how loud it was in there. There are dozens of TVs and the set up is just one big room, so the sound echoes.

The newest Pickled Onion pub located at Forestville crossing shopping center. We were lucky to be invited to the soft opening and the place is shiny new and the servers were fantastic! They work as a team so we were well taken care of! Special shout out to Nicole who was awesome!I ordered a Ninja turtle cocktail, made with Malibu rum, pineapple and lime. Was so good! Started with the lobster queso dip which comes with fresh tortilla chips. We loved it. Next I had a Caesar salad, bud shrimp tacos. They were supposed to be spicy but I didn't notice much spice with cilantro lime slaw. They sure don't skimp on the shrimp! Hubby enjoyed his meatball parm and fried pickle chips. The pub has loads of TVs but thankfully there was music playing. We would definitely come back when in the area.

First I want to commend the restaurant for laying a sheet of foil in the takeout box so that my food isn't burning into the styrofoam and me eating the poison. I ordered a Philly chicken and Philly steak. Both were nice portion sizes and delicious. It came with mushroom, onions, and peppers. I wasn't thrilled with the chipotle Mayo in the sandwiches. Next time I may just get it on the side and dip the fries. I didn't dine in so can't say much about anything else. More to come when we visit again.

I am so pleased that this location finally opened! I went in knowing that it would take a while to be seated and eat so I don't feel like the service was slow. They're brand new and the place was slammed! The food was great - I can always count on the Pickled Onion to cook my burgers perfectly! I don't have burgers often but when I do, it's important to me to have them not be overcooked. Service was great! The servers there work as a team and it is a good system. All of the staff had a very friendly and positive attitude.We have been back 2 more times after this visit and it's been great every time!

Great local bar.. the area is lacking restaurants and bar. We love all of the pickled onion food and service they take pride in services, teamwork seems to be big with these guys.. definitely will be back !!

The pickled onion is a spacious restaurant with a bar and multiple TVs. There were multiple people dining at the restaurant during the week. I sat at the bar and ordered my food. The bartender was nice and became more talkative after I sat there for a while. I got an order of shrimp and fries. My food was brought to me quickly. The fries needed to be cooked longer and needed some salt. The shrimp was flavorful and tasted good.
