The Pho Vietnamese Kitchen

Love the decor! Very soothing. I like how the staff let me eat in peace. And the Banh mi was amazing.

I love their special pho with short rib, and I have ordered it multiple times through UBER eats. Unfortunately, some of their workers can't seem to do their job correctly and need to be fired. They have forgotten to include the short rib to my order, not once, but twice. You have very good pho and I love it but management come on, get your people to do their job right or close down.

I love the decorations, the aesthetic was very soothing. The vermicelli was excellent as well as the short rib.

Below average pho :(I was really hoping the reboot of this place was going to yield a better pho. Since we only have 1 decent pho restaurant in the area. Well I can definitively tell you that this is not it. The broth is very bland, curs of meat are chewy and just generally flavorless. There were alot of other items on the menu, but after the pho. I am going to pass.

Looks like this place has new management.The interior has new decorations, better seating, and cleaner. Ordered the lunch special (which has increased in price) which came with a small bowl of Pho (previously was large), came with 1 can soda (previously came with choice of soda, tea, or coffee), and 1 egg roll. It took longer than usual for the server to bring the menu, and just as long for them to come back to take my order. But the time it took to receive my order was normal. Overall not keen on the price increase/smaller portions but the food was full of flavor and just as delicious.

If you're familiar with the Northwest Crossing area (Hollister &Tidwell) you should know the best Pho place was Miss Saigon, recently they went through renovations and new management and usually it's never as good or better than before BUT not this time. This time the Pho was absolutely DELICIOUS!! And the Vietnamese Egg Rolls were bigger, crispier and with nice helping of lettuce and pickled carrots. The new updates are simple but beautiful the staff absolutely sweet and attentive.. Thank you Katy for making us feel welcome, your sweet energy is contagious. We will be back soon and maybe I'll get the large next time, lol.

My food was very salty the lady serving seems to have a bad attitude all the time I been going for years an im very disappointed how these new owners are doing.

Went to lunch with my uncle today and decided to give it a try. Cute restaurant that definitely doesn't look like the typical pho restaurant, very cute and great space. We were greated as soon as we walked in and it wasn't busy. Taste of food was good and portions good. Was recommended the lunch special by the waitress and was happy with the selection. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because they need to hire more help.
