The Pho Fix

Mine was slightly warm for the temperature and I myself prefer some spicy to my pho which this was sweet. The pho itself I felt lacked any bold flavors you get from pho. It was more like a bland broth.The size of the bowls was small compared to other pho places around hereI really didn't like eating my meal with plastic utensils. On a positive note I did like the potato add different items to the pho which was nice. My top 4 pho restaurants around the woodlands are 1. Yummy pho house2. EAD Vietnamese restaurant 3. A modern take of Vietnamese cuisine. Nice, "pared down" menu of pho and rice noodle (bun) dishes. A subsection of the menu items you normally associate with traditional pho restaurants makes it easier to have a quick meal. The open air kitchen presents a clean look at your dishes being prepared. Based on food alone, this place would have a 4 star rating - nicely flavored items throughout the menu. I knocked it down a star in my rating because during lunch time, the limited personnel always results in used silverware / non-bussed tables.

Just like the name, it was a great Pho fix. They're a little bit on the pricey side like their Spring rolls go for $8. But let's talk about how cool their concept is. It reminds me of whenever you order at Chipotle where the options are in front of you and you tell them what you want. The guy up front describes it as "like subway" This place is very well managed too. Its friggin clean, tables are bussed within a few minutes the customers leave. They're also very conscious about their serving. We noticed that they count how many pieces of meat, veggies goes into your bowl, however, it did make me fill full afterwards

The Pho Fix Shenandoah did NOT disappoint. Number 3 in line for their grand opening so of course I was in the number to get the free shirt.All of my food was freshly made on spot so was glad of that. I ordered a beef rib in hopes that it would be tender and it most definitely lived up to my expectations.I ended up with two cups of coffee. At this point, just sell it by the gallons please. Lol. That coffee was yumm.The honey lemongrass pork and shrimp, don't think twice, just order it! Amazing!!!!I was also extremely glad to see Wes and Emmanuel working here as well as Crawfish Cafe. They give incredible service and aim to please each and every time. They definitely value their job and are very hard workers.

After seeing this concept on Facebook, I knew I had to give it a try. I love how bright and clean the restaurant is. The line around opening on a Tuesday was not long, and it moved quickly. I ordered the Pho Dip sandwich and a custom pho bowl, which were both mouth watering and absolutely phenomenal. The pho dip is a must have. I will definitely be back for that as I am not sure where else something like that is served. Could not recommend this place more.

So this was definitely a different concept. Build your own pho at the counter... like subway or chipotle. The pho dip tasted like hoisin sauce and I think they forgot the bone marrow in it bc I didn't taste or see it. The pho broth was too sweet. I added the beef bone on the side. Overall I'd say it was just ok. The sandwich wasn't bad bc I like hoisin but it lacked any other flavor. The pho wasn't bad, just too sweet. Service was good.

Amazing pho broth. The service was fast and food was great. I love how they have variety of toppings of your choice. I will definitely be back and try their other pho.

It was difficult to find, but once I found it, I was in love. Located inside Crawfish Cafe, The Pho Fix is serving up hot, hot, hot bowls of Pho! The service is on point too and extremely fast. We barely waited for 5 mins until our food was served. I normally would have to drive a good hour to get good pho but now all that has changed.

This was our first visit to The Pho Fix and it definitely will not be the last. I tried the classic Vietnamese beef stew and was amazed at the flavor and the tenderness of the meat. I wanted extra tendons but it was not possible to add it to the stew but the stew came with more than the usual amount of tendons that other places give so I was very pleased. Next time we will also try the different variations to the pho soup. I am sure it will be better than other pho places. I will definitely come back and also highly recommend this place to my friends.

I've always wanted to try this place! It's oh so good! I ordered the sandwich with the dip! Sorry forgot to snap a picture! :)Definitely will make this my go to spot for authentic Vietnamese food! Friendly service!
