Stopped by this place for lunch after seeing it everywhere on social media for a while. You order right when you come in and follow the assembly line down to the register. My friend and I decided to order one bowl of pho and a vermicelli bowl. For our vermicelli bowl, we ordered the honey lemongrass shrimp vermicelli bowl. Everything on this bowl was fresh and so flavorful! It even came with a mini eggroll. This plate was so so so good and huge in size. We ended up saving a good amount of it and ate it later during the day. For our pho we ordered beef broth, fresh noodles, lean brisket, and all of the veggies it comes with. The broth was sweet-ish which I prefer, and everything on it was fresh and tasty. My friend stated that this is some of the best pho he has ever had. Now idk if I agree with that statement but it was pretty damn good still. Service was great! I don't love that they try to upsell you on all the toppings but I understand it is part of business. Everyone working behind the counter was friendly, and even checked in with us as we ate since we mentioned we were first timers. This place is definitely worth checking out!

I decided to go The Pho Fix because I was bombarded by all the IG reels/post recently. I went to the pho fix at around 630pm and there were plenty of parking in the palaza. There were a few customers already dining inside and plenty of seating was available. The lighting was bright and the decor was welcoming.I ordered the supreme with regular noodles from the cash register and followed the assembly line setup to pick my garnishes. You have to pay extra for the bok choy and the mushroom (who wants bok choy and mushroom in their pho anyways?)When i received my bowl of pho, the beef rib was small in size with limited amount of meat on it. The rib was seasoned with too much pepper sprinkled on it. The ox tail was sliced so thin like a slice of pickle you find in your hamburger. I barely got 6 pieces of ox tail in my bowl. The noodles were unacceptable: choppy and broken (approximately 2 inches long). The broth was on the sweeter side. For $26 a bowl of supreme, i could of got two large pho dac biet at pho reataurants in Viet town. If you are a pho fanatic like me, this place is over hyped by social media. Take your money elsewhere.

My friend was craving Pho this past Sunday and found this restaurant online. The personnel were very friendly and accommodating. We liked the look of the place with the outside dining area and a nice courtyard. While we were ordering, they had large quantities of fresh noodles and bone marrow out, that didn't appear to be refrigerated. However, it all looked yummy. We both had the same selection with the beef rib, bone marrow and the fresh noodles. A quarter way into the bowl, my friend ran to the bathroom and threw up and thought it was caused by a headache they had. We took the rest of it to go and left for an event in the museum district. As soon as we parked our cars, my friend threw up again. As we were meeting other friends, we decided to continue on, even though my friend was nauseous. Once inside, they threw up again. I felt ok so far. We stayed for a while and left early due to their nausea. Even though we drove separately, they asked me to drive them home. Once home, they threw up again, followed by diarrhea. After they settled down, they went to bed. I Uber'd back to my car and was going to the movies when I felt my tummy grumbling and decided to go home as it was on the way. After I arrived at home I ran to the restroom with diarrhea and realized it had hit me as well. I had diarrhea the rest of the night through to this morning. I would recommend they more closely monitor the temperatures of their products and minimize the quantities they keep out in the open, to prevent the ingredients from being off temperature.
