The Marigold Cafe

This place was amazing. The owners, Cynthia and Paul, are so nice! The smoothies are really fresh and the food is cooked fresh to order. Definitely recommend this place.

I wish I could review them based on their food. But unfortunately, I'm unable to do so because they would not process an order I placed directly on the Yelp website, via Grubhub just an hour ago. (Look at photos attached)I called the restaurant first, since some places prefer I call rather than place orders on an app to avoid any merchant fees. But according to the gentleman I spoke with, they only deliver within the office building, but was told to place an order via delivery apps. So I did.15 minutes after receiving my order confirmation, which was intended to be delivered to a nearby hotel where my salesperson is staying, I receive an email from GrubHub stating the order is being cancelled. I called Grubhub/Yelp and asked for a reason, and they told me that the restaurant never confirmed the order. This was around 1:45PM local time. Being a business owner myself, I think it's unprofessional to not stay on top of orders, especially those coming from apps. If you can't handle it, just don't make yourself available and cancel your app subscription. I'd be happy to receive business during this time of pandemic; I'm guessing these guys get too much business that they could care less. I would give them another chance just because of their 4.5 star reputation, but one thing I hate the most is wasting time - such as wasting time writing this review if everything just went the way it should have.

I'm late again. I started this review and when my food was ready I lost train of thought. This place is very Super friendly staff, nice freshly cooked food!! Decent prices too!

Amazing husband and wife team! Fresh food, delicious juice smoothies and fantastic service. It's worth the venture into this business center. We ordered breakfast **Chicken +waffles generous portion *Egg Croissant with side of avocado*Berry smoothie*Hot tea *Bottled juices Wish they were open on the weekend. Truly a foodies gem

I love this little cafe! The owners are super nice. My coworker and I are sometimes in the neighborhood working at a different site, and this is nearby (we don't work in the office building where it is located), and we stay in the area for lunch just so we can try something different here.The food is always excellent, and the service is genial and sweet. We have had dirty rice and crab cakes, hamburger, pork chops platter, and shrimp something. The menu rotates, so you know they are only making what is available and looks good and is in-season.They also serve breakfast!

The owners here are amazing people! They care deeply for quality and good taste and they always are ready to recommend something special! Everything on the menu is delicious! One of my favorite meals of the week and I can't recommend highly enough. Keep at it Marigold! You guys are awesome!

The best cafe I've seen in a while! The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious! They make everything to order just the way you want it! Super friendly and very helpful customer service. I definitely recommend the lemon salmon or even the cheeseburger! ADD THE BACON!

I loved how friendly the workers were. They were attentive and kind. I got a berry smoothie and I am extremely happy with it. It was very good! I also got the breakfast bowl with hash brown eggs cheese and veggies and it's pretty tasty! It was small but cheap so it makes sense.

Absolutely amazing cafe!! My office building is here in the same building and anytime I have to physically be in office I know exactly where to eat lunch! Food is fresh and great! Service from both the owners is great! Always welcomed with a smile!!Overall you can't find a better cafe!!!

I have never tried their food, but I hear it's great from my colleagues. Our office is located here & the guy that works here is always super friendly & kind. It's very quiet too. I was craving a Diet Coke & decided to come here since it's in the same building I work. It cost about 1.60 for a can of Coke which is fine. I was a little bummed as I checked out and then asked for some ice. I was told that was 50 cents more which I thought was silly... so I passed. Maybe will try the food one day.
