Only one server serving the restaurant when we went on a Tuesday morning and she was crushing it. Fried pickles has a kick and I was obsessed Some sort of coffee alcohol beverage- was terrible. Don't recommend. Go for the bloody marry or the mimosas I got a side of the breakfast potatoes and they were yummy. Just needed a lil salt and pepper but that's it! Side of biscuits and gravy. Now I'm from the south, and the gravy is sweet. It threw me off a bit but the biscuit was fluffy and homemade. I would get it again My husband got the breakfast platter and he loved it

The lobby of the establishment offers a passable experience. Its design is functional but lacks distinctive charm or ambiance. Seating is adequate, though comfort could be improved. Cleanliness is maintained at a satisfactory level, but there are occasional lapses.Service in the lobby is average. Staff are generally polite and competent, yet interactions feel routine rather than welcoming. Assistance is provided promptly, but without any exceptional effort to enhance the guest experience.Overall, both the lobby and the service meet basic expectations but do not stand out in any significant way.

We came in here for brunch before heading to a Rockie's game. The restaurant itself is so much bigger than I was expecting with seating upstairs, downstairs, and an outdoor patio! They have bottomless mimosas with regular OJ for $20 or bottomless mimosas with a variety of juices for $25. I got pineapple mimosas, and they were served in huge glasses. They brought my second round in a carafe, which I'm sure helps them get the mimosas out faster since it was quite busy!

I have been dying to try this place since I moved here because it was so close to me downtown, and wow did it not disappoint! You can get bottomless mimosas for $20 and that seemed to be a popular thing here! We made reservations for brunch a day in advance and didn't seem to have a problem at all with that and I always recommend reservations if any place offers it. the service was great, loved all the people working here. even though they weren't working our table, everyone was asking if we were good or needed anything. there are so many options to get besides the gravy with the chicken and waffles so I will definitely be back to try them all. The chicken was sooooo good. not too dry and well seasoned. Absolutely loved the French toast too. the whipped cream is made in-house and really sets this thing off. highly recommend! 10/10, great brunch spot!

Great breakfast food! The interior is cute and vintage, food was delicious (best grits I've ever had), and the server was nice. Would dine here again!

We had my son and daughter in laws rehearsal dinner here and it was perfect. Christian was great to work with and very accommodating to our needs, the food was amazing, it was beautiful and staff was great. I highly recommend if your looking for a quiet more intimate dinner. We did our on the patio, it did rain so we had to move I side for a short period of time but it was no problem they accommodated us perfectly and the inside was beautiful with the lighted stairwell and wood work. Thank you Christian and staff for a wonderful and beautiful evening.

I was searching up and down for a place in denver that had super good reviews and bottomless mimosas and came across The Lobby. I set a reservation for 9AM on a Saturday because I read that it gets super packed on the weekends and I can definitely see why. The place is very huge and can definitely seat a lot of people. When I got there at 9, there were already people waiting to be seated. If I go to a place with bottomless mimosas.. i am definitely going to order that. You're limited to a max of 2 hours of bottomless mimosas but honestly, you might not make it the entire 2 hours. These mimosas are absolutely gigantic (see hand comparison below). Now, I am a pretty heavy drinker and I could get down 5 of these within the span of an hour or so (definitely helped that I had asked for a straw) and I will admit, I did get pretty buzzed. Bottomless mimosas here are worth your money even if you can only drink one. The food here is amazing. I have no complaints about anything that I had. The chicken was seasoned very well and the gravy complimented it also. The waffle was nice and fluffy. Usually I have so many things to say in these kind of reviews but the only thing I will say is to please give this place a try! Definitely made the list for top 10 brunch spots for me and I don't live in Denver.

Came here on a Monday at brunch time. I ordered their breakfast burrito (Morning Doobie ) and my friend ordered the chicken and waffle (Cluckin Choose One). We both really enjoyed our food! But I was slightly annoyed that the $14 burrito doesn't have any kind of meat in it unless you pay extra for it. Our waitress was very nice and checked in on us regularly. Our food came out pretty quickly, but there were only two other parties in the restaurant. Despite all of this, I don't think I'd go back. The parking sucks (no surprise for downtown), and there is a sizeable homeless population surrounding the restaurant. There aren't enough unique or special things about the restaurant that make it worth the area.

Went to brunch today with a friend and it wasn't busy at all. Unfortunately, service was very slow. Took about 10 minutes to have coffee brought over to me and I noticed the table next to me had to consistently grab a server to ask about a refill on their drinks. Food also took awhile to come out; we ordered an appetizer and it came out the same time as our entrees. I had the huevos rancheros and it was pretty bland.
