Disappointed that they didn't have acai bowls any more but the cranberry orange slice was really good. The pumpkin spice latte and tasty and not overly sweet. Good vibes

I feel so lucky to be able to visit and enjoy this place.Relaxed, cozy and chill ambiance, noise level is moderate - low music and espresso machines. They are probably most famous for their tea - lots of herbal, black, green tea options and specialty drinks from those tea. This is a tea lover heaven especially if you want specialty drinks and not just plain tea in water. And then there are their pastries... a case of delight. I had the bacon cheddar quiche - one of the best quiche of my life, including the ones I have had in France. Their orange cranberry bread is soo moist and full of orange citrusy flavor.I love the Cape Town Fog which is a play on London Fog but made with rooibos and naturally caffeine free. It is not a huge space but seats open up and they do have extended cord outlets on the floor for laptop workers. Parking is easy in the back and staffs are pleasant. Love love this shop.

Came on a Friday around 12 pm and grabbed a table to watch a few work videos. No complaints about the wifi and there was an outlet right next to me too. Most of the tables were full, but there was always a few seats available for new comers. There's a parking lot in the back, but it didn't seem like there were many spots. I snagged a residential parking spot, but they were 1-2 hrs max without a permit. I also got a yummy pastry, apple cinnamon bread. They have a big selection of cookies, croissants, breads, etc. I overheard they're pastries by a bakery that sells them at a Farmers Market.

Cute space inside and accommodating space outdoors for gatherings with friends as well as for doing work. Broad range of drink offerings (caffeine-free as well!) service was very prompt and a convenient location next to the busy TJ's. They also have their own parking lot. Def would come back for a study sesh!

We were both pretty surprised by the quality of this place! Caramel macchiato tasted supremely fresh as my latte was as tasty as can be! The empanadas really hit the spot too. Also customer service was 10/10. Super patient and accomplished to my many questions. Lovely place!

This place was super cute. Small but not to small. There was a wall of fresh tea you could purchase and they all had funky names and a description. My friend and I got coffee and this flat bread 13/10. Can't wait to go back next time I'm in Denver!

Still great service, relaxed environment, and friendly staff. They've added wine and limited evening hours, looking forward to trying that out!

Raeann greeted me with a warm smile and made me a delicious green tea latte with oat milk. Definitely recommend this for a tea date or a comfortable reading spot. The place is set up so cute & clean.

One of the many cafes within the 3 block radius in a long Colorado boulevard is a must. Kochi has a place in your rotation of your morning pick me ups. The staff is great and the drinks are of excellent quality. The coffee we had tasted great and they had such a wide variety of teas and beans to choose from. The caramel macchiato was great as an iced drink while my gf enjoyed her mocha. The food selection was slim when we got there so couldn't comment on that. It was a great day to plan out our trips and we would definitely be back.

Very concerned that a couple Black children were playing outside. I don't know if they were being mischievous, but as they're clearly under 13 years old, they are going to be. The barista, after seeing them doing whatever they were doing, yelled to them that she would call the cops if they continued, even though they are clearly children being children. I wouldn't want to shop at a business that forgets weaponizing the police against children's childish actions (and we HAVE to note they are BLACK children, as stated previously) is harmful and threatening. Please teach adults in your business to address situations appropriately.
