The Juicy Crab - Northwest Fwy

Food, fresh, quality ingredients for boils and fried seafood. Big portions. ( catfish is tender tender). In fact next time we will come hungrier or split the number 1 shrimp and sausage boil- juicy seasoning medium. Service- everyone from hostess, our top notch server Eric, to management walking the tables was positive, friendly and appeared happy to be there on a Saturday night. 20 minutes after ordering, our feast arrived. Definitely in keeping with New Orleans style hospitality of the franchise. It's fast casual, clean, and the mood is lively for date night or friends.

My niece & I were in search of good seafood & it was suggested we try Lotus ...we walked in & walked right back out! So disappointing but my goddaughter said..."let's go to Juicy Crab it's only 15 min away..I been there it's good" We were off & excited about the adventure! We arrived & was promptly greeted by miss Kelly & the experience was phenomenal from there out! She was patient, kind to two teenagers who were unaware of dining etiquette (I had to remind them SEVERAL times to say please & thank you) but miss Kelly didn't skip one beat & even tied the bib on one of them after they "insisted" they could do it themselves only to tear it up during the process! Overall we had a great time & I would return! The food was good & I really appreciated the sauce options! I'm not good with food pictures but I did manage to get some of us! My niece tore her bag up...and even needed extra butter! Love that lil human! Wish they were closer...will have to take pics of food next time! Everything was 5 star

I tried to go back and give them a chance one year later because I thought maybe they didn't have all of their ducks in a row because they were necessarily a new location opening up around the corner from my house but the service is still slow even with a team of people running around like chickens with their heads cut off doing nothing on a friday food still unseasoned no kind of flavor no matter what you order and those shrimp & crab boils are the absolute the worst they just pour the juices in the bag and shake it up seems like (smh) I promise whomever reading this go order anything off the menu and see what I mean but honestly I wouldn't waste my money on that place.

On Valentine's Day's the device was slow, but the food was hot and delicious. The seafood was fresh, and the fries were hot. They play great music too. I appreciate our attentive service too.

The food was great. We choose the mild sauce for our shrimp boil, however next time we will try medium. Our waitress was super nice and friendly. They may need to hire more people though. We will definitely be back soon.

I have experienced 2 juicy crab locations- the one on Hwy 45 and the one on Hwy 290, which was my favorite!! The food, service, and ambience were very good and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely go back again!!

This is our new go to spot for boiled seafood!! My husband likes it very spicy and I like it more mild so this is a perfect place to get both!!Food and Service was EXCELLENT!!Jaz was a super sweet waiter!! She did a wonderful job taking care of us! The restaurant was very welcoming with the murals and the fun fish and shark decor!We will be back!! I forgot to take pictures as we were excited to dive in!

I'm not sure what these bad reviews are talking about. This place was absolutely delicious.My girlfriend and I came here on a Thursday night and it was suspiciously dead. We ordered an assortment of seafood including the head off shrimp, Dungeness crab, snow crab, black mussels, and crawfish. We got the juicy special and hot spice level. Any reviews that talk about bland flavor are out of their mind. The flavor was heavy garlic and Cajun seasonings and heat levels on par with Kendrick dissing Drake. It was just us and another table our whole dining experience. Which I do not believe this place deserves. Unfortunately we cannot remember our servers name, but she was attentive and helpful with choices.

The food is amazing and gets 10 thumbs up from this pescatarian. The house sauce on my boil was perfect at the HOT spice level. All the options were explained upon ordering as it was a new experience for me and even the margarita had a kick. As this is walking distance from my hotel, I'll be back for more.
