The Juicy Crab Houston Hwy 6

Service was a bit slow after we got our order wasn't like a mood kill or anything But the most important part fois was delicious hot and fresh ! Big portions we definitely ordered way too much food

Love this place! Drinks are on point! Customer service is great and love the music. Food is amazing Love the wings and hush puppies and of course the sea food! Love the seasoning!

Decided to give this place a try after a couple of years following a below average experience at this place. Didn't think it could get any worse but it has, which is sad because their food is actually not bad. Service is terrible! The restaurant was barely even at 50% capacity when we arrived, we got there at 2:00pm with my wife and daughter. It literally took about 10 minutes before anybody would even come to take our drinks, we decide to go ahead and order our food when we ordered our drinks. We ordered some cheese sticks for appetizers, my wife and I shared a number 7 and my daughter got a pound of shrimp. The drinks took another 15-20 minutes to come out. Our food finally came out about 45 minutes after we ordered, our "appetizer" came out 10 minutes after that. Our waitress said she would give us a dessert on the house for our crappy experience. We finished eating, asked for our check, after about 10 minutes of waiting for the check, I got up, went to her and told her, we don't want the dessert, we need to leave, can you just take a drink off or something out of our check instead of the dessert so that I can pay and leave? She got a little moody and refused, saying she couldn't do that. She rang me up, i paid and we left. I have never left less than 15% tip at any restaurant, but this was pretty bad. I still left about 10% even though I really shouldn't have left her anything. I might add that while we were there, a couple of tables got up and just left. Needless to say, we won't be coming back here ever again.

Decided to make a 2nd visit, to see what they are like after being well established. We had tried them when they first opened and it was ok.That was about $70 wasted for date night. 1-2 stars is a toss up for my experience.It was not busy. Only a few other guests during the entire meal.When we sat down, there was some grease and smudges on the paper covering the table. The napkin dispenser on the table and at least one menu needed wiping down. Set the stage for what I consider to be a pretty greasy meal. One point down for cleanliness.No happy hour beer specials....no biggie.My wife got their lemon cocktail that she really liked. The popcorn shrimp appetizer was pretty good, but it did have a faint, weirdly mild peanut note. Wasn't off putting, and not sure if that was intended or a consequence. We accidentally got a combo with crawfish instead of shrimp since my wife wanted to switch to the ones with sausage at the last minute. So I ate the crawfish. 1/3 of them tasted bad, I even spit 2 tails out, couldn't do it. The other 2/3 were soso, but I didn't let my wife eat them in case they got us sick. One point down for bad food that was either cooked terrible or spoiled. I luckily didn't get sick from it.The sausage was decent, eggs were good, and the crab was ok. My wife asked for crackers to break open the crab legs, and they said they don't have crackers. The wings were too greasy for my liking, but they were good and I liked the hot garlic chunks they were tossed in. The "Hot" was the perfect heat level for a good kick, but I sat there with my drink cup empty on the edge of the table for almost half of my meal. The waitress even turned and looked at it after helping the other table, and never came back for it. I finally got a chance to ask for a refill at the end of my meal, but I finished up, washed in the restroom and came back and still no water. When they brought the check and dropped it off on the way to the only other 2 tables, I immediately put down my card. She walked by and should have seen the card. We sat there for about 13 minutes while they socialized at the other table, until I finally stood up holding it, and she came to close me out. Another point down for no refills and check service.Our waitress was polite when at the table, and never rude or having an attitude, but we were clearly not a priority.

This was a cool spot. They have plenty parking. The vibe is cool with good music. The lemon pepper wings were on point. The fries were cool. The boil was good but a little spicy. The Hennessey sidecar was not up to par..it had alcohol but no flavor. This is a nice chill spot and close to home

I rarely leave reviews but I am so livid! We went out last night (july1st) to get some crab legs. Food was great but unfortunately our waitress stole my boyfriends card information and Tried to commit fraud by buying $500 worth of items. This is so unbelievable and honestly ghetto and pathetic. I'm never giving juicy crab my business since they have scammers on their team. I believe the waitress name is Adriana. I will be calling juicy crab because this is unacceptable.

I've been to juicy crab a few time and I really enjoy the 1/2 pound shrimp & sausage combo. The fries are pretty mid and the calamari has no flavor whatsoever( batter ). Other than that this place is pretty decent can't go wrong with a spicy shrimp boil

Service was horrible! Waited 15 minutes to be seated although it was empty! Was told it was shift change so would have to wait! Got to table, 3 other tables got their food before us even though we were seated first. (Waited close to 1 hour for our food) Waitress forgot my husband's beer never brought it nor brought him any water!!!! Never cleaned table, had to ask for a bag to empty out the bucket, it was overflowing, only gave 1 refill of tea because we finally asked for it. Food was okay but not good enough for the price. We have been to the northwest location as well, food was a lot better there but it took more than 1 hour to get our food, even though restaurant was not busy!!!!! I would say since I have been to two separate locations, service seems to be the same, it sucks! Food there is not cheap neither so you would think they would have better service! Never again will I visit ANY Juicy Crabs! Go at your own risk!

Food was horrible drinks was a disaster and I love seafood sauce had no flavor.. I was so excited to go and I was very disappointed

Rizzo the manager checked on us throughout our time there and we had a situation which he resolved so I was extremely happy. We will definitely come back and see him very soon.
