Cuisine: 6Service: 6Decor: 6Value: 7Overall: 6If I was scoring this restaurant on uniqueness, it would be a 9 or 10. However, unfortunately, the food did not live up to my expectations. The Turkey & Cran Sandwich was dry and not my cup of tea. Fried Turkey Bites were better, but I think we all agreed that Fried Turkey Skin may have been the tastiest item. We planned to stop here on the way up from the south driving back to NYC. Sadly, it didn't live up to the hype on Yelp or in my mind.

I had heard the stories of this shop and when we needed a quick lunch we stopped in. It was soooo good. We got the first sandwich on the list and it was fresh and hot. We opted for the fried okra which came with a delicious Cajun sauce that was the perfect pairing.

They've been around a while, and have some good stuff, but it seems like there's only one day a week they have fried skins available- and they're the main reason to go there. And I can't ever figure out what day they have them. There's no servers, and the staff are occasionally confused or unfamiliar. Ok, but could be much better with more consistency and effort.

Ok. . . . . This place is under ground amazing! Just wanted something light so I got the the key ceased wrap and I used chipotle ranch as my sauce. Ingredients are so fresh! Great combo of meats and veggies and the sauce was amazing. Great pricing highly recommended
