Holy Sausage!!! This was hands down the best Polish in the entire triangle!!! Start with the protein as it had some nice body yet soft with a little snap! Tender to the point it just melts in your mouth. Great flavor coming through and not too smoky in the flavor, just the right amount! The mustard was on point as well, having a nice little bite and a creamy texture that blended well with the Kraut. The kraut was solid, as it has a nice tartness that grabbed your senses yet didn't drown out the sausage and mustard. The star that was front and center was the poppy seed roll, which was so soft and buttery. The roll held up to all the ingredients and sausage, yet didn't fall apart when digging in. Overall... this place is where it's at if you're looking for a quality sausage or hotdog!!! I can't wait to return to try the pierogi's next!!! Side note: No pic but the "onion rings" will ring your bell... they put some kind of herb salt on them.... DAAAAAMN!!! The gentleman who runs/owns the place that started the truck years ago... Hats off to you my guy!!! Thank you for bringing a phenomenal product to an area that has a demand but lacks in options!! You got a customer for life!

So I decided to check this place out. They're super close to where I live in the area; which is a plus!Anyways, I got 2 hotdogs and a bag of chips. For that, I was charged nearly $25!! Ridiculous! Don't get me wrong, the food was excellent but not $25 excellent for lunch. I can get a gas station hotdog for a fraction of the cost and it taste just as good. The service was kind and friendly. According to the lady behind the counter, these guys have been open since April. Yet, when you look around inside, they're whole shelves just empty, baskets in the front of the check-out area, empty. I get they may be "new", but why not have your act together and stock your shelves?I've been in the restaurant industry for over 20 years. Helped open alot of places, and I can tell you if you don't set your location up right from the start, it can affect consumer confidence. To me, it looked like the had just enough money to get started and then just stopped stocking the rest of their goods. It's supposed to be a deli right? So where's the fresh bread, the deli meat (there was only like 3 choices in their see-through cooler)??Might be back, might not? If they're charging $25 for 2 hotdogs and chips...lord knows what they'll charge for a sandwich!

This review is based on a time very close to the opening so they had somewhat limited stock in coolers/freezer. Deli and bar were stocked.Pros+sandwich was 5/5, excellent+European beer appropriate for this+a bar and coffee if you are not hungry+nice atmosphere and seating, more upstairs Cons- I don't know, yet. It's early.

This place is fantastic. We had heard that a new pierogi spot had opened up near us, and we just hadn't had a moment to get over there. But today was the day - and WOW - what an experience! We had the pierogi plate (6 pierogis) - you choose one of the daily flavors. We had the potato onion and asked for the kielbasa sausage add-on. I wasn't sure it would be enough food - three pierogis each - was I wrong! Let's start with the pierogis themselves - nothing like any pierogi I've ever had but so good! They are like a cross between an empanada and a knish - fantastic crunchy flaky crust around a luscious potato onion interior. But there's so much more to this plate! It comes loaded with arugula dressed with a beautiful balsamic vinegaret with crispy and bacon bits - all drizzled with a really beautiful siracha aioli, giving some bites a creamy kick. The generous portion of sliced kielbasa was served warm - smoky and delicious - and the plate comes with a side of warm sauerkraut. This plate of food was truly a revelation - one of my top meals *ever*. The space is quite nice - high ceilinged and airy - the AC works great and was welcome on a hot summer day. The staff were super nice - super professional - easygoing - just a great vibe in there. I hope lots of folks catch wind of this place and fall in love with it like I did - because I want it to be around for a long time!! p.s.: Parking at this South Green location is super easy - and there is indoor and outdoor seating.

First time here (came for lunch). Split the potato onion pierogi's and the kielbasa sandwich. Both were excellent! Pierogi's so good we got a second order. They have a full bar and beer also. Definitely will come back.

What a nice deli. We each had the hot dog which was a perfect lunch. My husband got New York Style, and I did a build-your-own with light mustard, onions and pickle relish. The high point was the poppy seed bun, grilled just a little but still nice and soft. So good. We shared a side of potato salad--husband devoured it; a little on the creamy side for me.We need to return for a plate of pierogi--not inexpensive at $18, but the person at the next table certainly seemed to enjoy them. My only quibble--I would like to see the pierogi served with more traditional sides such as red cabbage or German potato salad instead of salad.A lovely place inside with several items such as pate for sale. We look forward to our next visit.
