I had some absolutely fantastic sausage, pancakes, and eggs here! My girlfriend had the grilled chicken breakfast sandwich, and she really liked it too! Our server was fantastic as well! Her mocha latte tasted like it was drenched in Hershey's syrup, my plain coffee tasted acidic and bitter, a common theme in Denver (is this a local preference?). Like some of the other places I have been to in Denver, pricing on mains was pretty reasonable, but the sides were almost offensively expensive. There was a $3.99 upcharge for real maple syrup; I understand that stuff is expensive, and I would gladly pay extra for it, but $4 is about $3 too much. I loved my meal, and my out the door price still wasn't too bad, but uncharges like that, or what they wanted for some of the condiments, costs them a full star, unfortunately.J.Ja

I was in Denver for a work meeting, and I ordered The Eggwich (with Egg Beaters), turkey bacon, house potatoes and sourdough toast. The scrambled eggs were solid, the sourdough bread was nicely toasted, and the portion of the house potatoes was very generous and well seasoned, but they were really greasy so I didn't eat most of them.I placed the order online and to-go so I don't have any comments on the table service. It was a little odd when I got there to pick up my order, they said they didn't have it in their system so one of the hostesses went to the back, and "found it". I waited in their front lobby which has benches with signs over them for Door Dash, Uber Eats, etc., which created a interesting to-go centric vibe, but it was convenient to have a place to sit while I waited for my food. Not sure if I would come back the next time I'm in Denver, but I might because of the convenient Downtown location, if I need a quick breakfast on the way to the office (I'll just skip on the house potatoes).

After hearing from multiple locals that the Delectable Egg was a solid breakfast choice - I'd have to say my experience was deflating. The service was great. The food was not really tasty or well seasoned. The dining room looked outdated and worn. $14 for a breakfast sandwich did not impress. It filled me up with calories but I would not return.

Went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We were staying in downtown so the location was very convenient, just a short walk from the Hyatt. It was pretty early, there were people there but not super busy. We were seated right away and had good service. They have a drink menu which included cocktails, mimosas. I went with an Irish coffee. It was sooo good!! Probably the best I've ever had. My sister initially ordered a latte but changed her order to Irish coffee bc it was so good. For my main dish, I got the California Benedict. Delicious!! The eggs were done perfectly. It was a good portion of food. My sister ordered the Denver omelette. I had a bite and this was also super tasty. My husband ordered a frittata and he cleaned his plate! Overall a very good experience. The menu has plenty of options (including pancakes, etc for anyone who likes the sweet stuff).

Came here with some friends the moment we flew into Denver because we were starving. We didn't have to wait and were immediately sat despite being a party of 6. Servers were very nice and quick to greet us and take our order. The restaurant was large on the inside with plenty of tables and seating and very quaint and homey feeling. They had a very extensive menu with all sorts of options. Almost paralyzed by the amount of good sounding options they had-- paradox of choice. I got a michelada which was pretty good, not too spicy. I got the monte Cristo sandwich with a side of hash browns. Usually this sandwich is fried with a nice crisp but this one was grilled so it wasn't as crispy as I'm used to-- a bit on the soggier side actually. Flavor was great though and served with strawberry preserves. Hash browns were the same thing-- not as crispy as I'm used to. Others in my group got the brioche French toast and different Benedict options. Overall good and tasty experience.

Went here for lunch after my checkout from the Sheraton in Downtown Denver. It's my first time in Denver and this place was a 5/5 overall no downsides!!! My group of 3 went around 11am and they had such amazing food options and alcoholic drink options. Service: our lady server did an amazing job at checking on my table and offering drinks and suggestions. My table really appreciated her service. She also split our fresh toast for my table which is why I'm giving a 5/5 bc most establishments don't split or offer!! Drinks 5/5 Irish Whiskey. This drink was so easy to drink especially on a cold snowy day. My friend loves Irish whiskey as other places have messed up our order. 5/5 my friend ordered the Mexican Hot Chocolate which comes w tequila and she said it was so good! It came w cute sprinkles.FoodEggs Benedict 5/5: easily rated as the portions were huge, the Hollandaise was so creamy accompanied by the soft potatoes and savory ham. I loved that they offer the hot sauce on the table as well as creamer/sugar for your coffee if needed. This plate made me so full and I couldn't even finish all the potatoes. I highly recommend!!! If I were to come back I'm sure I would enjoy other food items. Stuffed French Toast 5/5: this as our dessert was soooo needed. We were so full from our plates that me and my group were able to split the French toast. The food made us feel so good and stuffed. All in all, my review may differ from others, but this brunch spot is amazing to visit. The service, food, and ambiance were all great to end my trip to Denver. The ambiance was very homey and it might seem "outdated" but our group thoroughly enjoyed it thank you!! Note: gender neutral bathroom

This little hole in the wall restaurant blew my mind. The inside is not very big, but super cozy and had plenty of seating. We went around 10:30am on a Monday and there was plenty of seating. The host and server were great! Our server was so helpful and kind, she really went above and beyond. She gave us great recommendations and even offered to split our bill 3 ways. They have so many options on their menu it was hard to decide what to get. I tried the Market Street Special Omellete and an Irish coffee. I was a bit skeptical about trying Irish coffee because a lot of places don't have great ones but here is was amazing. I would come back just to get another one. The food portions are huge! My friends and I shared the stuffed French toast and it was amazing. Again everything tasted so good.If you're in the area definitely stop by!

Boyfriend and I wanted a good breakfast for the new year, and saw the delectable egg was open. It's a small restaurant, was not busy at all - I assume most people were sleeping. Everyone was very friendly, we got seated immediately and they brought us water and coffee. They gave us a full pot for the table, and sugar and cream was provided. It was good coffee. I got the aspen alley skillet, it was ok. The veggies weren't sautéed at all and were basically raw. I would've liked them cooked better. Flavor was lacking, but I added hot sauce and it kind of helped. I was a little disappointed. I got the eggs over medium and they were ok too. I enjoyed the rye toast though. My boyfriend loved his stacked ranchero breakfast. Flavor was really good with the sauce and eggs were nicely cooked inside. Potatoes weren't the best, not crispy at all and just lacking flavor. Overall, a good breakfast.

I would give them a 3.5 star rating. Deducted 1 point for the ambiance and decor. Stopped by for breakfast, they were busy and the restaurant was almost at capacity. PRO: Good food, large portions, good service, fair prices and it's clean. They have nice local artwork for sale at low prices.CONS: Looks like you're stepping back into the 80'ss. You do not come here for the ambience. The restaurant is old looking. Beige/brown carpet tiles, old looking ceiling tiles, and the place looks tired. If you can get past that you will enjoy your experience. If you're staying in the Sheraton Hotel across the street you would immediately notice the contrast. If you're use to coming to more modern places this will definitely make you say wow. I am not sure if they are deliberately looking for this look although all the hotels and businesses surrounding them are modern looking.Overall I would recommend them for a quick, no frills meal.
