The Bistro

A decent place to grab a meal at the Marriot Courtyard Chapel Hill hotel. I wouldn't seek it out and come from anywhere else exclusively for it, but their prices weren't outrageous and the food was fast (less than 10 minutes to prepare). My server was nice- he offered me a bottle of water while I waited. I got it to go and hung out in my room bc I was exhausted to be in public and the air conditioner was blasting on high in the bar area.They had $4 Sam Adams bottles on special. The cost of the burger was only $10 and it came with arugula salad (just arugula leaves and grape tomatoes) or fries. The server packed me up ketchup and mustard (I didn't have to ask) and the green goddess dressing was delicious. I'd recommend it if you want to hang at the hotel and not drive and hunt for food one evening. Their pizzas also looked good.

For a simple little eatery in a hotel, The Bistro works. I took my kids down for breakfast and it was delicious. For two kids breakfasts and one fruit granola and yogurt bowl the total came to $15. And the kids breakfast came with juice or milk. The banana bread French toast is fantastic plus it comes in kids size as well as an adult size. The staff was nice and everything was clean.

Great Team of Employees - the food is what it is - simple and fresh - the service and can do attitude well above average.

Zero stars. Why even have pictures on your menu? You're just going to serve lukewarm, dry, zero seasoned, gas station versions of the menu. "Margarita flatbread" Couldn't even spring for dollar store Italian basil seasoning? Tried burger as well. Both times were horrible.

I am not big on expensive meals but I do love good meals! I have to say I was very hesitant on spending this amount on a meal, just one meal but my husband wanted to go!!! Let me say, this $56 ribeye was amazing and very much worth the money!! No regrets! I did squash and potatoes as the side! The squash was fine, potatoes were great!! Can't wait until our next visit next year!!! This is a restaurant and meal I will revisit year after year!!! I tried to upload photos but it says they are too big!!! Will try later!

Loved the bistro burger. Was originally going to go out to eat and decided to stay in. The bistro menu is simple and offers things for vegetarians and meat lovers. You really can't go wrong. My burger meal was very fresh! Great staff too. Helpful with choosing a meal.
