The B100M

Tried the food- BLOWN away as expected. The service was somehow even better than last time. Truly one of my new favorite dining experiences in Miami. The quality of the sushi is not to be messed with, the Cuban was devoured and WOWO the squash carpaccio STOLE THE SHOW. Literally have dreamed of it every day since I've had it. B1OOM has the best version of the squash carpaccio dish in Miami (better than the Michelin starred L'Atelier in my opinion).....

I came for the dinner portion of the night where it was full service. Two concepts were open the sushi and Ecuadorian. I tried Cotoa (Ecuadorian) and it did not disappoint. Quite the opposite. This elevated experience had such unique and fresh ingredients, I felt it a really refreshing concept for Miami. The goat pasta is a must try. The recipes felt very authentic and the flavors spoke for themselves. Great plating. Matt, our server, took proper care of us!Ambiance is very nice. It's brand new with beautiful furnishings. Don't let the 'food hall' label scare you off, it's an upgraded experience and truly refreshing without feeling pretentious. They took some risks and I think for true foodies they will be appreciated. I'll be back to try the other concepts by day and night. The sushi spot looked great as well as the more casual day time menu.

Our first experience at B100M was wonderful! We had food from two different kitchens (Educadorian and sushi) and both were delicious. We liked every dish and the alcohol selection was great too. Our server David was also lovely and took great care of us. He personally thanked us for coming to the restaurant and was very friendly (and a great photographer). Another server brought a few dishes and also was helpful with a question. Didn't catch his name though. We look forward to going back!

Just ate at this new restaurant (should not be called a food court - even if it is 3 different kitchens but one menu). Beautiful ambiance welcomes you. Our waitress was really nice and personable. We did mostly Ecuadorian and it was very tasty. My tortellini (yes I said Ecuadorian) were exquisite ! Great tostones - we tried the ceviche and while it was a small portion it was very good - we also tried Ecuadorian pizza, very rich ! Ecuadorian chocolate cake was extremely satisfying.

I recently came to B100m to visit Sushi Yasu Tanaka, and it is absolutely stunning, from the service to the atmosphere, this place is a 10/10. I cannot wait to revisit and try out the rest of the restaurants and bar area as well! Don't go without trying the Sushi, it's an absolute delicacy!

Love this new food hall in downtown Miami. Not only is it a beautiful space with high ceilings and bright decor, the food is delicious! So far we've tried the pastrami and chicken salad (B100M) sandwiches, the empanadas, banana bread, and the tortellini special. The tortellini is some of the best pasta we've had in Miami and easily stands up to anything in downtown or Brickell. Finally, the place has a beautiful bar serving beer and wine with happy hour from 3-7.

Obsessed with B100m! I want to go back and try everything they have to offer. Our Server, Matt was EXCEPTIONAL. He really elevated the experience with his charm and friendly banter. We tried Cotoa, hand rolls and omakase experience. Honestly, fair priced for miami sushi. really high quality food, ambiance and location. Cannot wait to go back :)!

The Bloom was recommended by a friend and it did not let us down, the vibe is great but the food is amazing.the tasting menu was excellent. we will have to come back for sure.

We had the most exceptional lunch at this haven right in the middle of downtown Miami. So many delicious options- we went with two ceviches from Cotoa. The vibe is fresh and sexy. Matt was incredible, providing great suggestions and warm service. We will DEFINITELY be back. What a special, new concept!!
