This food truck is quite unique; starting with the names of the food. Everything that is offered is completely yummy! My fave is the "Man Hold Up" it's deliciously crispy fries smothered with tender oxtails, cheese, and a whole lotta of goodness! You cannot eat this serving alone you must share(even if you don't want to). You can top it off with an exotic pop (the purple one)... now on to dessert: the peach cobbler egg rolls are ingenious!! A fresh, hot peach cuddled in a warm flaky crust lightly dusted with cinnamon and sugar! I don't know abt you but I need a second trip!

I have tried almost everything and it's delicious. Do not pass up peach cobbler egg rolls & service always on point.

I had the croissant bread pudding and it was really good. The portion size was huge and it tasted great.

Great customer service and great food! The wait was short. I will be back again. They also have picnic tables on site if people want to eat there.

This is the best food truck I have ever been too. It's not often that I say this. The food is original and has flavor. The time is truly worth the wait. If you have not been here you are missing out on the most! Follow them on Facebook or Instagram for they also travel to different locations. You have to try the loaded fries OMG!! It will make you want to sleep there.

Visited 627 at the Power Center Food Truck Park. Staff was very friendly and personable. Great customer service. We opted to try/split the Love Ya Blue Nashville hot chicken sandwich and the Man Hol Up oxtail fries. Good thing because the portions are plentiful. Would've been too much food for one person. We both favored the oxtail fries. They didn't skimp on the meat and it was very flavorful. Though the chicken sandwich was huge, it was underwhelming. The bun was fresh and sauce was good, but the chicken it self was under seasoned and lacked the Nashville hot component. Could've been an off day. It happens to the best of us. We'd definitely be back for the fries.

Excellent!! Everything was great. This is a great family-friendly location. The loco tacos were very good. The oxtails are flavorful. The corn and Brussels sprouts are delicious!

GREAT!! 627 is very good food and right on time! In the middle of this weather/COVID-19 storm they came to our property today and showed out!! We had the Luv Ya Blue Nashville Chicken Sandwich & Bayou Snack seasoned fries... the burger was HUGE and fries were Fantastic!! Would like to try their Peach Cobbler Egg roll but their menu is limited. Hope we can try next time they come by!!

Whatever they did to that burger was magical. Here is a tip make everything you get nasty. You'll understand when you see it. Shit was bussin!
