That One Place

Great food. Always great servers. Good place to just hang out or have dinner And it is a great place for all ages! I love it!

First time here and I really wanted to try the crawfish and the fried Mac and cheese balls but I went about an hour/ hour and a half before close so they were unfortunately sold out of both so I definitely have to go back for that. Customer service was amazing the girl that took my order was so sweet. The drive through line kind of took a while but they were very nice and apologized for the wait time and the food was so worth it. Can't wait to come back and try more items.

I used to love going here the first few years when they opened but everything has really gone downhill. I waited half an hour and was disappointed when I got home with the wrong order and the snow cones weren't smooth like they used to be

Absolutely love coming here. The crawfish and snowballs really have me in a Nola CHOKEHOLD.... However every time I come it seems like the bags have less and less crawfish and more juice. I feel as though the juice is being weighed and that's why.... It would be so much better if they could literally scoop them in front of you so you could see that you are certainly getting what you pay for... 8lbs really only looks and feels like 5lbs. That's my only issue... okay bye

The crawfish are huge! Larger than any other crawfish spots that I've been to this season. I wasn't a fan of the juice used to boil the crawfish. It had a very citrusy taste to it. The service was standard and the staff there was very nice to me. I was in the area at the time but I wouldn't go out my way to return.

BABYYYYYYYY, when I tell YOU. Don't walk... R U N to this place. The customer service... oh my goodness.. immaculate!!! Ms. Cheri was the most sweetest, patient, friendliest business owners I've ever came across in a very long time... ALSO, her husband was the sweetest. You felt the warmth in their establishment. It wasn't "forced" very genuine. Now let's talk about the crawfish.. 10/10 the flavor, the peel, the spice, the size. Oh my goodness. My first time was well worth the Uber & wait!!!!!! The snowballs were such a treat as well. They have so many different flavors & toppings to choose from you'd lose your mind! I can't wait to go back :)

Be sure and try both the meat and crawfish hand pies. They are the real Nac/LA deal. My wife and I split one of each with a catfish basket and had plenty of great food. Best catfish and the fries (oh my how good).Seating is covered if you want to eat in during the coming summer. The snow balls are like the ones in Hana. Tons of choices. Has become my go to place for catfish and meat pies including La.

Service not great. I sat in vehicle in front where they take orders. I sat for 40 minutes without anyone coming to take my order. It is bad business, I ended up driving off. I don't think they will get anymore business from me after this. Horrible Service. I even tried calling for the person taking orders at other vehicles but they all were caught up in their cellphones and not paying attention to customers. Sad.​

I took my children here a few days ago to get snoballs and I got myself some crawfish. Customer service was excellent, snoballs were 10/10 and the crawfish were good & big. Definitely recommend stopping by

Customer service was great. Had a mixup with the order and they fixed it right away. As for the food, it's not like home in Louisiana. I don't taste the Louisiana boil version seasoning at all. Not sure what they are using. Eggs still had the shell on them. Weird as I never seen that before. Corn and potatoes were not Louisiana seasoned. Turkey neck was ok. I'll try a snowball next time. We will see. Nice outdoor pavilion. Could have a better bathroom.
