Do not WASTE your money coming to this resturant . The food is not fresh and customer service is poor . There's no waitress or waiter to assist you . You order at the cashier and pay at the cashier lol . Papaya salad is salty , fried fish is double fried therefor fish is DRY . The Pad Thai is below average . They have reduced the amount of food tremendously yet food is overpriced . We made a BIG MISTAKE coming here . Will NEVER return or recommend to friends & family . Take your money elsewhere to enjoy fresh great food & decent service .

I love drunken noodles, the more basil, the better it is. Used to eat here monthly but lots of Thai restaurants opened up near me so it had been a long time. Ordered pad kee mao and the menu didn't say it came with bamboo shoots. I asked for mild and found 5 slices of jalapeños and pieces of red chilies. Hmm, maybe that's mild for the chef? The dish was delivered in less than 10 mins after ordering. Taste was ok but it was spicy! I spent so much time picking out the bamboo shoots and peppers.

This is my fav spot. The price is great and the portion sizes are great. My friends and I always have favorite. The crispy fish with the sauce is the best here. Tom yum soup and the glass noodle salads are spot on. The food here is consistent. Love the pad se ew. The staff is always nice. More people need to come and eat here.

You have great food. However, you need to be open later!!! 8:00 p.m. is way too early to close. All of your other locations are open till 9:30. I used to order and pick up at least once a week but now I'm lucky if I can pick up an order once a month!!!Please go back to your normal hours!!!

My wife and youngest daughter wanted tofu Pad Thai from this eatery which I did not like. My wife ordered a tray at $45 and it was not the traditional Pad Thai we expected. There was no egg, but it did have random veggies in it which was very unusual. Also there was chili flakes cooked with the noodles. Usually the chili flakes are on the side. Also we received no lime. Over all, the favor was bland. My wife and daughter agreed we are done with this place.

My coworker Tia recommended Thai Spice Express few years ago when she learned about me living in Chinatown. Simply because she craved for yellow curry with rice. It's been my courtesy to bring her something to warm her hearts.She recommended 3 restaurants that i have never been to. Lucky me (or her), this is mostly in my favor because there are so many dishes to choose from. I stopped coming here for a year because of health and safety violations and the health score was low. I came back recently for some quick lunches when I visited doctor next door. I saw few people eating hot pot and fish dish that I want to explore. I tried a coconut chicken soup during a rainy day. It was supposed to be mild but somehow it was spicy. I was tearing and sweating.I was sitting here and looking around to say the restaurant needed a major scrub down. Tables were sticky. Oh, don't look up. I have no words for the ceiling.

I've been going here for years. They've renovated over the years and I'm happy about that. This is the only location I like, I don't like the buffet locations. Most thai restaurants have Indian influences and sell mostly curried items but this Thai restaurant has lots of spicy and more flavorful dishes. Items on menu that most thai restaurants don't serve. It's casual dining, nothing fancy and the food is average but yummy.

This place has some of the best Thai food in the city! We used to get takeout from here all the time pre-COVID and just tried again last weekend (August 2020). I called ahead to place the order for pickup, and my dad was able to pick up the orders in store. The ordering process went smoothly! I don't think they have an option to pay in advance.The food was delicious, as always! We opted for the Pad Ped, Thai fried rice, Pad see ew, Crystal noodles, Spring rolls, and calamari. All tasted great and fresh, and the fried options kept well in transit! I also highly recommend their Pad kee mao, pad Thai, and Prik king dishes.

It's been a couple of years since my last review so I thought I'd try them out again. I was really wanting the mango sticky rice but they didn't have any. I got the pad Thai and ate it at home. I've never been disappointed by pad Thai until I had it here. No kind of flavor. I was basically eating boiled noodles with unflavored toppings. This has sealed it for me. I won't be returning.

This food is soo good! The flavors are just to die for! I cannot tell you what was my favor item here because it all was just that good! Highly recommend it.
