TGI Fridays

I have gone here only a handful of times. The service is pretty nice. The only downside would be the menu items in comparable to availability. I know there are often issues with shipment and things like that.

Hubby and I decided on late dinner on a Sunday in June about 7p. We didn't want to travel far so White Oak Shopping Center was our area of choice. Neither of us had been to TGI Friday in years. There was no wait and we requested to be seated at a table not the bar tables. It took a few minutes for the wait staff to come to the table although there was only one other table occupied. We ordered the potato skins to start. They came out in about 10 minutes. The server kind of threw the plate on the table and the food shifted on the plate. I thought maybe the plate was hot or it slipped. Strange. Our meals arrived warm and neatly plated. Hubby got a burger and said it wasn't the best but it was okay. He only ate half. My meal was delicious! Fresh broccoli and little firm, Cajun Alfredo pasta with shrimp. We had to ask for beverage refills and service was okay. Our wait staff did give us a coupon to use on our next visit. I would go back for the same meal that i had...don't think my husband would though. Price wise...pretty comparable to this type restaurant. Vibe was quiet as I mentioned there was only one other table occupied.

I went here with my mom yesterday and it was the worst experience I've ever had. When we got seated the waitress took 30 minutes to come to our table when she was done taking our orders she left, only to come back 12 minutes later saying she forgot half of our order. When she brought out my mom's drink she went to 3 other tables before she brought my drink. That's not even the worst part, I started eating my burger and after to bites I got the biggest chunk of pepper in my mouth it went through my nose and burned my tongue. I do not recommend eating here unless you like over seasoned food and bad service.The cheese on my burger

A friend and I went here for dinner one night and we received excellent service and our food was spectacular. I got the appetizer sampler and my friend got a pasta dish. I love the variety of the appetizer sampler and everything tasted very fresh and seasoned. I will definitely come back here!

Shitty service. We got there ordered drinks and an appetizer, after 20 mins no refill, still no appetizer. So after 40 mins I ask about it and the waitress who made us was sit 15 mins for refills, had a whole conversation with the table next to us who got multiple drinks. She said someone gave it to the wrong table and she's gonna go get the drinks ", 10 minutes pass, gives us our food, I asked for extra sour cream with fajitas, had to bring it back, still nothing to drink, so we ate in 5-10 mins, portions were small, little flavor, the whisky sauce saved the meal, but then we were done, I left, After waiting another 15 mins, she came to table and walked off, my fiancé had to follow her to the register to cash out. The worst, did I mention were a biracial couple, meanwhile the older Caucasian couple next to us had great service. Will never go back, worst customer service first time in my life I did not leave a tip. Sm$.

I took my children to this restaurant as part of our Mommy and Children date night. We didn't have reservations but we were able to get seated right away. We ordered 1 appetizer and 3 pasta entrees. After about 10 minutes of waiting for our food, the server came to inform us that they were out of pasta and it would be another 20 minutes before they could make some more. We had movie plans afterwards, so we were unable to wait for the pasta to be ready. We ordered different entrees instead.My son disliked the sesame chicken dish. It was a little too chewy. We enjoyed the spinach and artichoke appetizer, and my daughter enjoyed the quesadillas. The sizzling chicken and shrimp entree was just okay.We had an enjoyable visit but we were disappointed that our original orders could not be fulfilled.

Wonderful people and a great atmosphere. I can always depend on their quality food. Their fast service makes the experience stress free, love that!!

ROACH INFESTEDIf i could give this place a negative star I would. My husband and I came in July 22, not only was the service terrible, but I found a cockroach crawling on my menu as soon as I picked it up, not even two minutes after we sat down. I am so glad I found the cockroach when I did, I aint trying to have a little extra protein in my meal no, sir. ‍

Karen was amazing omg!! I drove 40mins to come to Fridays because this was the only one and let me tell you about Karen!!! She was the best Karen I ever met!! We didn't have to ask for nothing and she even brought us to go cups without even asking!! it was definitely worth the drive! I would drive even further for her to serve me!!! Amazing!!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!

I previously got way more food for the price. The rib is called Big Rib but it is more of a baby back. The description does not read anything about baby backs - Full or Half-rack double-basted pork ribs basted with your choice of sauce. Now available with BBQ sauce made with BSB flavored whiskey . Served with seasoned fries and coleslaw.
