Delicious & beautiful atmosphere. Natural light , fireplace , spaced out seating. Service was good- helpful with the menu and prompt to grab more cocktails. We went here before a show at Buell theater. You could probably take an Uber from here as it was a 6 min drive to the theater. But we reparked our car at the theater. Food was so delicious!!! Mushroom crostini was our favorite- loaded with mushrooms and creamy herbal flavor. Then we shared the pasta flight so we could try it all. Carbonara was my favorite but my husband liked the red sauce one the best. I enjoyed all the pastas though. Insalata also delicious and smothered in shaved Parmesan- would be kid friendly too. Meatballs were our least favorite- not very flavorful and the sauce bland but not bad. Cocktails were on point- they have a good selection of whiskey and I had a spritzer. Will definitely be back again. Happy hour is daily from 3-6pm which helps a little with the price for some items..

Stopped by for a simple quick drink as I had been wanting to try Tavernetta for a while now. When I walked in, this place was gorgeous and absolutely buzzing with energy. The bartenders were so knowledgeable, skilled and very courteous. I ordered one of their signature cocktails, Late for The Train, and it was phenomenal! Very light, slightly tart and the taste of coconut and the aroma of rose pleasantly lingered with each sip. I had a busy day ahead of me and needed a pick me up so I ordered a single shot espresso and I was so surprised at how good it was. Vibrant, acidic and fruity, it was one of the best espressos I've had in a long time. From the impeccable service to the unforgettable cocktails. My experience at Tavernetta was perfection! I would love to come back and try some of their food next :)

Stellar service, kind staff, and attention to detail. I was dining with a group of people who were visiting for work and everyone was delighted with the food and wine. We also had to modify our reservation same-day and they were able to accommodate, which was much appreciated. The somm on staff the night we visited was kind, respectful of budget, and mindful of our preferences. I truly respect the creativity it takes to come up with recommendations based upon the confines of a group's restrictions - they did a fabulous job. Additionally, we had a few in our group who were newer to fine wine and the somm did an exceptional job of ascertaining their preferences and conveying flavor profiles in an accessible manner. The Zalto glassware is a refined touch. We shared focaccia, olives, and the cheese plate - which were all delicious. Two of us had pasta dishes and two others had bison. All of us were more than pleased with our meals. All in all, a wonderful dining experience.

Tavernetta was most likely one of the top 5 best dining experiences I've had. The service was impeccable and the plates were out of this world. If anyone has seen "the bear" on Hulu, it is that type of vibe which is what I love. Better yet, a place like tavernetta should cost an arm and a leg, therefore, their prices are more than fair. For anyone that is going to Denver, stopping at Tavernetta is a MUST.

I had an amazing experience. Tavernetta was recommended to me since my 1st choice was closed. I had late for the train. The bartender was very knowledgeable about the menu. They even had Ransom Gin on the menu which was cool since the founders sister was in my wedding and is good friends with my wife. The menu was set up in a very traditional Italian menu and meal. The crostini was amazing. I also had tagliatelle with main lobster. Overall great meal by a great team.

I wanted to eat at a Michelin star restaurant for my birthday. The exceptional cuisine and outstanding reviews made Tavernetta an ideal choice.Upon arrival, we were promptly seated. and treated with impeccable service, making us feel like royalty. With an upscale modern decor. On our way to our seats we walked by their open kitchen. It was very impressive to see.We started with drinks, carrying out my quest to find the best Espresso Martini, I'm sorry to say this one didn't even make it on my list. I opted for the sea bass, presented in a manner I found unappealing, with the head and tail attached. However, the dish's taste was outstanding. Besides that side step everything was top notch. Mouth watering delicious. A delightful touch at the end of dinner was the candle accompanying my tiramisu, perfectly concluding my birthday celebration.

WOW, just wow... I see why this restaurant is Michelin rated as is now one of the best restaurants I've tried. This restaurant is very unique as they are always changing their menu but still have a handful of items on the menu that does not change. This makes me want to come back all the time to try everything! The food is to die for! We started off with the freshly made focaccia and the burrata. Don't skip on either of these as it was unlike any other focaccia and burrata I've ever had! You won't regret it. For the main entree we got the gnudi pasta and it was one of the most flavorful meal I've ever had. It was rich, not too rich, creamy, and delicious! We also tried the rigatoni which is a classic favorite and doesn't get removed from the menu, also very good! The service was excellent, we were very well taken care of and was given a tasting of their special wine for our anniversary which made it special. 100% would come back and would 100% recommend anyone to come here to try it or for a nice date night!

The food was absolutely delicious! We shared the focaccia and burrata (perfect pairing). I had the rigatoni (lamb ragu) - the flavors were so savory. The tagliatelle (lobster tomato sauce) and parpadelle (mushroom, corn, peach sauce) were also really good, but I thought the lamb ragu was the best for my taste buds. Service was pleasant and professional. We sat outside which was nice to watch the trains.I'd def recommend Tavernetta to a friend.

This was a fantastic place for happy hour. They seat you at the bar and the service was fantastic. There was a nice mix of couples and businesspeople but is never got loud and we enjoyed out time here. The Cacio E Pepe was different with it not being the traditional spaghetti, but it worked well since the pasta held more of the sauce. We loved the Arancini and could have had several orders they were so good. The Parmigiano Reggiano E Balsamico was also very good. The aged 10 year balsamic paired with the cheese, while small, was very flavorful! This is a great place to go for happy hour or dinner and is right next to Denver's Union Station.
