I love taco Mac! They have the best ranch known to man!! I was with a couple of friends this time around so we ordered a few appetizers and none of them failed us! The spinach dip will always leave you feeling like royalty!! It was actually really good to have more than just myself because I usually get the same thing but we shared appetizers this go round and I think I'll be switching up my order for sure going forward. I got the Philly chicken and it was AMAZING I can't even tell you how much I want to go back every single day for this meal. Our server was awesome as well as the manager they came to check on us serval times and even at one point we're just standing there having an awesome conversation with us. (Pretty slow night with no other tables) I love taco Mac's atmosphere cause it's a restaurant and sports bar wrapped into one. well lit and even tho there are multiple tvs playing football/basketball it's not extremely loud it's a comfortable setting.

Always a tossup on the service you're gonna get at a Taco Mac. The service this time sucked. Took 30 minutes to be seated even though there were multiple empty seats. Took forever to be greeted by a server. Took almost 20 minutes to get our water and beers. I used to love Taco Mac but it definitely isn't the way it used to be. Prices have gone up and portion sizes have gotten smaller. The nachos don't hit like they used to.

I was there on a Saturday afternoon it was pretty empty so we were seated right away. We got there right during shift change so we had two servers which made some things a bit confusing but it wasn't bad. Both servers were very friendly and the food was good. The Bloody Mary tasted great, this is a good spot to watch sports as they do have several TVs around the whole place.

Came here on a not busy, midweek afternoon and service here was quick and friendly. I heard about their wings and drinks so I went with that. I believe I got lemon pepper as my sauce and I was satisfied. Got exactly what I expected. The drink selection is quite nice.

Y'all. When I tell you customer service is dying. We went to Taco Mac over the weekend as a part of a bar crawl. We have all, in my group, been to a Taco Mac before so we know what to expect with regard to food and drinks. What we didn't expect was everything else. Whew child. Buckle up Buttercup. This is going to take a minute. We arrived at Taco Mac and were greeted almost immediately. I told my friends I needed to go take care of parking. I had exhausted my four hour max and needed to start it over again. So I left them as they were being taken to a seat. I walked 6 minutes to my car, sat in the AC for 15 minutes to allow the meter to run out, then walked back another 6 minutes to Taco Mac. When I walked in one of my friends was walking away from the front where she had been waiting for over 20 minutes to be assisted. She said numerous employees walked by here in her seat and not one asked to help her. She eventually asked where to place a carryout order and was told to do it at the counter where we started this adventure. My other two friends were STILL in line at the bar to order drinks. Order, not receive. Geesh. They stood in that line another 10 minutes waiting to order. The good thing was once you ordered a drink, you received it at that moment. They all ordered a lemonade beer that was good; bitter but good. Taco Mac was aesthetically displeasing. The seats in the booths were ripped, tables were dirty and full of dishes and food, the bar was a mess. I was in shock. I do understand staffing is a challenge for a lot of businesses, but goodness. This was bad. My friends waited another 20 minutes for their food to be ready. Overall, I was disappointed but not surprised at this experience. I'd like to see this establishment do better, but my hopes are not high.

I recently had an experience at Taco Mac, and unfortunately, my order was not quite up to par. They managed to mess up my order not just once, but twice, which was quite disappointing. Firstly, they left out the wings from my order, which was a major oversight. I was really looking forward to enjoying their flavorful wings, so it was a letdown to almost not receive them.To compound the issue, when the wings were finally added to my order, they had barely any sauce on them. The lack of sauce took away from the overall taste and enjoyment of the wings. I called and let them know the issue and they asked me to bring the wings back so they can put more sauce on it.I don't know about y'all but I have a limited amount of time on my lunch breaks so I don't have time for that . Not to mention, instead of remaking it they offer to just put more sauce on the wings ? Ridiculous.

Arrived around 9:45pm. Very few customers were there. The food is always good, however the service tends to be spotty. The past few times, our food and drinks took a while despite the establishment having few customers. I ordered a 10 PC wing and my friend ordered 20. By that time, it was only us and another party of 2. The bar was completely open, however it took longer than usual to receive my beer. Like I said, the food was good. If the service can be consistent, then that would make a higher rating. Our server was friendly. I'm assuming it was more of a kitchen issue than server.

This will be the last time I go to this Taco Mac. Ordered on their website in advance. Showed up at 11:32am, the time my order should have been ready. Had to wait 10 mins. The chips were burnt. The dip and guac were WAY over salted. I think I'll give my biz to Hudson Grill or Fado next time. LAME!
