I had an amazing time experience eating breakfast here! This restaurant is within in walking distance from the many hotels in the area. I highly recommend walking so you can work up an appetite and after you have finished eating you can walk off the great food you will eat here.When I walked in, the hostess greeted me and sat me in secluded spot in the restaurant, I definitely like it because I was by myself since my wife was working today at the expo they have going on.You can ask whatever you would for a drink, but you must try one of their mimosas! I had the strawberry lemonade mimosa with a coffee and water.I also ordered myself the Garcia Omelette with diced potatoes. The failover of the omelette was delicious and juicy. The eggs were not dry and the cheese was melted just right.My wait er was awesome as he was the only one waiting serving tables. I also heard him giving advice to another customer for shopping. The customer service here was phenomenal! My waiter ensure all of us were taken care of in a timely fashion.He would even asked each of checking out if we wanted a coffee or water to go.The ambiance of the restaurant was chill with some reggae music playing in the background. The music wasn't too loud either, it was just right to relax and enjoy your food here.I highly recommend trying this place out if you're visiting the Denver, CO area.

It was good. I had the breakfast tacos, but they don't know how to prep a corn tortilla for a taco. The single layer cracked open and spilled on me immediately. If you go to a taco truck, they grill and double the tortilla. Anyway, Sam's #3 knows how to do Mexican breakfast. That's where I'll be,

FOODThe Californian: The tots super crispy out the outside and nice and soft on the inside. Eggs were made well and sauce well flavored. The avocado and tomato were fresh. Very decent portion size.Nitro Cold Brew with Vanilla: Pretty yummy flavor. The vanilla made the coffee flavor better. VIBES The place is very spacious with lots and lots of seating. Pretty typical breakfast place. There's also bar seating as well. SERVICEVery fast. One guy working can carry up to 8 plates. He came up with 6 plates of our food and let us take pictures since we were so amazed. Food comes out fast.

Great start for the day with nitro latte .The coconut French toast with that delicious coconut syrup satisfied my craving for guess ? Coconut! The server Scott was very sunny cheerful and helpful. Next time I'm in Denver , Syrup is the place . The only downside was the wait , And very much worth it and the waiting area was pleasant .

Was in Denver for a few nights and was craving some breakfast food. This place in my opinion was a gem. The pancakes were amazing and so were the hash browns. The pictures do not do it justice but these items had me stuffed by the time I left and wasn't too pricy. Service was amazing and our waiter was attentive. It was crowded when I went but only had to wait for about 5 mins. Would highly recommend. I miss those pancakes

Came after a night shift to have breakfast. It was a weekday so wasn't busy at all, was seated right away. Had a few bloody Mary's which were delish. I had the pulled pork hash was pretty flavorful and only needed a bit of hot sauce. I ended up taking home some leftovers. The server was very nice & attentive. The only thing is the parking is a little weird but that's to be expected downtown.

It's been almost 6 years, so we gave Syrup another shot while spending the weekend in Denver. My initial review stands, our experience was very average and not worth a return. I got the crunchy French toast. It comes with nothing else. No fruit or bacon/sausage to round out the dish or offer some variety. This French Toast dish is decadent and super heavy. It tasted good, but two slices is all I could manage. My husband ordered the Garcia omelette, similar to a Denver omelette. He was completely underwhelmed by the tater tots that came on the side. They were undercooked and served lukewarm. Disappointing. The omelette itself was just okay. If memory serves, each dish cost over $15. Expensive considering the quality. Other places do breakfast way better. Our server's style was bored indifference. She filled our coffee, but didn't add any joy to our morning. Note to self, and y'all - there are other restaurants in the vicinity that will provide a superior breakfast experience.

The ambiance was fine, just kind of a busy breakfast diner feel. The service was fairly efficient as well, nothing above and beyond that I recall, but average. The food was really good, we got the coconut French toast with coconut syrup and that was just delightful! We also shared a veggie bfast bowl and that was filled with goodies and a nice, hearty meal. So, 4 stars for food, and average for everything else.

Yummy breakfast spot located a short walk from the convention center. Delicious French toast options as well as traditional breakfast plates. I couldn't decide on omelet pre French toast so I decided to get both n share!!the service was great even though it seemed to be a little slower service but totally worth the wait .
