Cute place near city park and it's nice it's dog friendly. I will say service wasn't great. Table didn't have silverware and had to ask the waitress 3 times for a dog bow and eventually asked someone else. Sweet lady but not the best. My husband got the Nutella stuffed French toast with an extra French toast with the butterscotch syrup. I got the kitchen sink and we started with the beignets. The beignets were nice and light and perfectly sugary. The syrup wad a nice accompany for them. The kitchen sink...warning...do not order unless you're near a restroom lol. Tasty and definitely a hungry girl (maybe hormonal) meal as it has a bit of everything. Definitely fat and carbs. I liked it but it's very heavy. My husband really liked his French toast. Overall, it's a place we'd go back.

Went on a lovely Saturday morning around 10:30-11am. It was surprisingly not super busy! Was able to get a patio seat within 10 minutes. I really enjoy the location being right across the street from City Park. The staff was friendly and to be as expected. The food came out very fast and was quite good. Overall, it is a good place to grab a nice breakfast/brunch if in the area.

The non verbal communication from the Syrup team was pretty disinterested, either in me as a customer or just in general. I could have died at the counter and no one would have raised an eyebrow. Ha! Food was all right, the physical setting was nice. All in all, it was like a drive through at McDonalds..."don't let the screen door hit you in the ass" as you pass through.

I asked the rental car location at the airport for a recommendation for breakfast. One of the employees recommended this. It was about a 15 minute drive, and when I got there, the parking lot was full. Not knowing the area very well, I drove around and saw someone parallel parking down the street. I parked in front and walked 3 minutes to the restaurant. When I got there, I was greeted by a hostess who offered the bar as an option for one. Not a huge fan of bar sitting, but I also didn't want to take away from the families. About 5 minutes after I arrived, there was a line out the door. I went to the back and sat down. Both bartenders were extremely nice. I asked the gentleman what his recommendation was, and he recommended the Cherry Creeker. It was corned beef hash in an eggs benedict with a side of hash browns. Delicious. My only complaint was that the eggs themselves took on no flavor. However, the meal was incredible. Super filling. The staff in general were very nice. I was asking for recommendations to fill my time, and everyone was chiming in. I would definitely go back. For the meal and an orange juice, I paid $20+ tip. I would say the price is comparable to competitors in the area. Thanks for a lovely start to the day.

The first trip to Syrup City Park was good, with relatives in tow for a family event! There was some parking on site, but not enough on this Monday morning, so I had to park offsite after dropping off mobility-impaired members. The setting is great, across from beautiful City Park. A lot of great spacing bolsters the Roomy waiting area for the interior dining area and an outdoor section. Our kind server, Abby, was both patient and professional, as our party took its time making decisions.A Pepsi establishment, which always knocks my grade down due to soft drink selections that are not my favorites. I ordered a pair of well-received Crack Bacon as appetizers for the table. It's five pieces of Maple Bacon with brown sugar and black pepper, and it is delicious. Must do this each time moving forward. One of our group ordered the Mile High Tower stack and loved it. Another had an omelet and enjoyed it; one more had a mix that I couldn't identify.I enjoyed the tasty BYO burger for brunch, skipping breakfast because it was too late in the morning for me to indulge in breakfast items. They got it right, but it was not spectacular, just really good. I love state tots and sampled from my family members because I can.

Great spot right across the street from one of the best parks in the city. I love the location, and of course the food is fantastic! I had the Maryland Benedict (crab cakes on a potato pancake) and it was incredible. I also ordered a side of pancakes so I could try out their delicious syrups. My friend got a Veggie Breakfast Bowl and that looked colors, fresh, and delicious. Our server was super friendly, and was attentive without interrupting the conversation too much-- which is hard to do when you're busy juggling a bunch of brunchers on a Saturday morning!

Seated quickly, the beignets came out quick and their fruit syrups are tasty! Churro doughnuts were very crumbly. Texas toast Nutella was good, the green chili on the omelette was reportedly lackluster and more like a gravy. Poached eggs on the Benedict were firm to hard, way over cooked. Waffle with the chicken and waffles was dense, plenty of food though. We were not rushed, given time to talk after even though our entrees arrived before clearing the appetizers. Really loud when we first were seated. Could definitely use some sound absorption, so many reflective surfaces.

No better place for Brunch on Saturday or Sunday mornings than the Syrup located across from City Park. You are able to dine Al fresco if you like- but the atmosphere inside is just as bright and Sunny- providing great ambiance. The service has always been impeccable... just like the quality, large servings, and freshness of the food. No more talk needed - just go get you some!
