Due to a mistake on their website, my expectations for Sweetgreen were lower at first. It was a pleasant surprise to find in person that they had a more diverse menu than expected. I always like the make your own bowl, and I tried this with greens, quinoa, chick peas, apples and other salad items. I LOVE that they only use olive oil or avocado oil. Thank you! My son wasn't so impressed, unfortunately. I think they need to add some better options for kids and perhaps some smoothies. I'd love gluten free bread choices too. Though what really stood out to me were the people. They were so patient, kind, and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Maybe this new Sweetgreen location is still getting their act together- we were highly unimpressed. It's clear their $ goes towards beautiful photography and killer advertising because what you order online vs what you receive in real life is a joke.Also don't love that if you have a question or issue with your order it's impossible to get through to an employee/ staff member - you first have to create a log in and then proceed to text your life away. Save your time and money and grab a bowl from Chipotle instead

02FEB2024Went to the soft opening today.It is a 3.49 for me.I see no reason to return.I thought the food was really bland and boring. This was a huge disappointment. I guess this is why I don't like chain restaurants.+ music. None.0 service. OK. Behind the counter similar to Chipotle.- atmosphere. Very sterile. Cold. Hard surfaces. Not inviting.- flatware. Cheap plastic.- dinnerware. Compostable paper. But, there are no compost bins. Your only choice is to toss into the landfill bin.- napkins. Brown paper.- no booze

I have been waiting for this day since the rumor first aired that Sweetgreen would be arriving at our beloved Tennyson street! Went to the soft opening today and while the staff were still in training, they were efficient and graciously allowed modifications. So excited it's walking distance for me!

Cold food, cold chicken, cold potatoes. I could have made this at home. No effort, lazy business. Not fresh. Lame. Don't recommend it

To Dave B. Who gave this a 3 star review. It's a sweetgreen, not the French Laundry. It's a chain - the quality was on par for its other denver locations and the staff were kind and helpful, despite still being in training. Interior is well designed and thought-out. Lots of natural light! I get the same salad every time and am happy to report it was delicious as usual.

First time I ordered, great. I ordered the same meal the next night and it was missing the sauce/was not nearly as good. The only way I could get in touch with customer service was through text and after getting through the bot questions I never heard from anyone. I hate the fact that I can't get through to a single human being.

Salmon so dry I thought it was chicken flavor was amazing, can't wait to try again once it's been open for longer and the kitchen has everything figured out!
