Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters

My family laughs at me because I'm so particular about my coffee. I've been to the Denver area a few times but haven't found anything I felt I needed to try. So my expectations weren't too high coming here, but I could literally live at the place. Although I got my coffee to go, the ambiance was great; coffee being roasted; room to hang out. The staff was friendly and actually enjoyed talking to me about coffee. You'd be surprised how many cashiers and baristas don't have a passion for coffee. My wife knew that I had found my happy place. If my stepdaughter ends up out here for college, you'll know where to find me. I didn't try any of the pastries, but my pour over was amazing! A little sad I didn't get a bag or two of beans on my way out.

I had been to a different SB previously and wasn't crazy about that location but I liked the Lakewood location! They have a Learning Lab where classes and events take place (see website for class schedule) which is cool. The coffee is good. Rich, creamy and smooth. Here's my only issue: I ordered an iced mocha. They don't have ice. It wasn't that they were out. They don't have it at all. They offered to cool my drink with milk. And yes it was cool, but not cold. Ok I realize this is nitpicking but I would have preferred an actual iced drink, especially since it's like 500 degrees outside.

I love the aesthetic of this coffee shop! The coffee was amazing and the service was wonderful. When in Colorado, I will definitely visit again!

To celebrate the start of fall, hubbie and I began a tour of coffee and tea houses!!! Stop 1, this weekend was Sweet Bloom Coffee Roasters ! I had a vanilla oat milk latte(dairy free but not sugar free) and he had a regular vanilla whole milk latte.. both were quite yum! , had a friendly industrial garage type environment with close quarters cafe style seating. Coffee ordered at the counter and then delivered to our table quickly by the friendly smiling barista. It was busting at 9am but we didn't feel pressured or rushed at all and we're able to relax and talk and sip away our together time

Still love this place! I'm very excited to try my chocolate croissant. Also it's great having a coffee shop like this in this neighborhood!!

I ordered the oat latte, and it was one of the best I have had. Quick and with great service. Their bakery items look delicious also. Definitely visit again when I have in Denver again.

Such a cute coffee shop to do work or study! I came here with a friend on a Friday afternoon. The place was poppin! I got a cappuccino which was very delicious and my friend got a cinnamon spice latte and we felt like it was a little too spicy for us. There was plenty of seating inside and there were some tables outside as well. They also had so many tasty looking pastries and breakfast burritos for sale. I recommend this coffee shop for anyone looking to get work done away from home!

This place is well-known in the neighborhood as a good spot to work remote. Decent coffee of you and into where the beans are roasted and free Wi-Fi. I didn't anticipate how busy it would be though. I came on a weekday and every spot was taken and there were some people waiting for people to leave. From a standpoint I wasn't too impressed either. While it is a popular work spot, I will choose somewhere a little quieter and less chaotic

The location for this coffee shop & roastery is perfect for treating yourself after suffering through the DMV close by. After spending over an hour in a chilly and dull government building, it was so nice to walk over to this cozy shop for an oat milk cappuccino. Service was fast and friendly, and my drink was perfect. Milk is steamed velvety smooth and the espresso had a nice fruitiness to it. They roast their own beans here so it's really special seeing all the attention to quality from bean to cup. I also bought a bag of the hometown blend to brew in my Chemex at home which I can't wait to try.

The coffee was great. My husband is always looking for exceptional coffee so while visiting the area we stopped into Sweet Bloom and lived it.The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the various coffees they sell. The store which is part seating area and part coffee roasting area has a unique and delightful atmosphere.
