Sushi Sake The Grove

I was pretty underwhelmed with my take out order which I picked up. It ran over 15 minutes late. The vegetable fried rice had no flavor and I asked for add on egg and it wasn't there. The shrimp hibachi appetizer were just ok salty and the salad dressing was just ok. I ordered the miso/egg drop soup and it was beyond salty. The vegetable roll wrapper was super dry - maybe that is the type of nori they use? Anyway- I was really looking forward to another sushi option in the Grove, but, I'm not sure this is it. I'll stick to my usual. The young woman at the front of the house was super nice though.

Awesome new spot. Great lunch menu. Fantastic service and sushi chefs. Newly remodeled decor is fancy Miami.

I've been to multiple sushi sake locations and this one definitely is one of the top! The fish was very fresh and very good. The vibe is a little more chic than most sushi sake locations and is very cute! I didn't have any cocktails but they have a very long list of drinks that sound deliciousss.

I highly recommend this venue. The food is delicious and the service is just as great. Don't give too much attention to any previous reviews that don't give this spot at least 5 stars - new businesses are constantly growing and learning from their patrons' feedback; all new businesses want to do their best for their clients, and this place definitely puts in the effort to bring something new and fresh week in and week out. The sushi is as fresh as it gets, and the warm attention received by the staff will always make you feel like a regular. I live upstairs and I'm constantly wanting to go back because of how friendly and inviting the venue feels. Much appreciated,Sebastian

Had a great dinner here. Beautiful bar/lounge area in the back. Very unexpected as there was nothing here before. Eric the manager took great care of us, even though they were empty and looked like they were closing for the night . We'll be back!!

This place is solid. The service was on point. Our server was very sweet and attentive. She was always taking care of us. The other staff were also very friendly. The interior is nice and cozy. The food was on point. A fun place to hang.

Not only were the servers so nice but this was the best hibachi dish and sushi I have EVER had and my passion is good food eating. The spot itself is really cool and has a great vibe to eat at. You really need to come try their food, I wish I lived here so I could come here weekly. Do yourself a favor and enjoy some awesome dishes

Loved it. My server, Samantha, was super sweet and took care of me well. Food was solid. The ambiance was there. The staff were setting up some kind of buffet table for a big party tomorrow. Service was definitely the highlight. Definitely coming back here the next time I'm in the area.

Horrible. They add an auto gratuity of 20% for TAKE OUT! Not only would they not put in my pick up order until I got there because I was paying cash..the girl who answered the phone was rude as hell. Once I got there and asked what's the point of placing a pick up order if it's not going to be put in until I got there and have to wait. She said had I paid from a card it would've went in yet she never mentioned that on the phone. She still messed up my order after I asked her twice if my order was the crunchy tuna roll. She put in the crispy rice tuna. The incompetency. It wasn't even worth to go back and have them fix it. The crispy rice was so bad. It literally was breaking apart when I tried to pick it up. The tuna wasn't fresh. It was mediocre at best. I wanted to like it so bad since I work around the corner but I would never go back. It makes sense now why the place is always empty. I can't wait until they close for a better lunch place to take its space.

Amazing decor and superb service. Definitely worth the long anticipated wait. Will definitely be returning to this Sushi Sake Location.
