Supreme Chicken

The food is delicious. I mean so good you almost feel sad when you're eating the quesabirria taco because every bite means you're that much closer to being done We ate a ton of food as a party of 7 and we spent just $95 before tip. That kind of value is unheard of - especially when combined with friendly service and a lovely patio. Highly recommended.

I'd seen Supreme Chicken take over the spot on Colfax and Grape, shrugging to myself, "We'll see how long this one lasts." Four restaurants have occupied this space since I've been a Denverite. This looks to be a keeper. The patio feels more open that when this was Hank's and the interior is sparkling clean. I took mi madre for a bite tonight. She used to live in Guerrero, MX, and took me to get roasted chicken 2-3 times a week there. Red chicken. Uniquely delicious. We've seen nothing like it on this side of the border. We got pretty darn close tonight. We split a half chicken that was appropriately rojo, juicy, and sabroso. Mom said it hit the spot like no other in decades. I'll agree that it's worth every penny. Refried beans bring a little spice and chorizo to the table. Win. Rice was fluffy and on point. Perhaps most stellar were the two tacos I got as an afterthought. Homemade tortillas were simply perfect. Asada was the best I've had in Colorado--most are either juicy or flavorful. This nails both. Adobada also did the trick. I'd order both again and again.While Mexican beer isn't my thing, I couldn't say to to a giant Modelo Negra. We got a huge glass of Jamaica that took us back 25 years and a few thousand miles southwest. Topping this off was friendly service that made us feel more than welcome. Sonrisas gratis. This is the new restaurant that opened a few months ago in Mayfair. It was Hank's BBQ pre-COVID and then Street Feud for a while after. This is the second Supreme Chicken location to open in the greater Denver area. It is a family owned business and features delicious BBQ chicken with sides (beans, and rice) but the tacos are to die for. They also have incredible margaritas and beer. Though there is ample indoor and outdoor space, they also do a great take out business for those who do t want to dine in.Next time you're in the mood for food, check this place out!!

Food was bland but ok. My asda burrito was mostly lukewarm and lacking flavor. Wife's tacos were bland and nothing special. Nice people, good service but the food was simply adequate. We hoped for more.

SO GOOD! They have authentic charcoal grilled chicken that is crispy outside, juicy inside, with thick salsas and fresh toppings. The Quesobirria tacos are absolutely stuffed and very flavorful! We also ordered adobada fries - lots of toppings and so fresh! An absolute gem on Colfax

Very spacious with outdoor dining. Food is packed with flavor. Bravo. Invite your friends to join. You won't regret it.

Local spot that has not been open too long. Very friendly taking our orders. We dined in and the fries were on point. The green chili on them not too hot. Red sauce for the tacos also pretty tasty but not spicy hot.

This was the closest thing I've found to Southern California Mexican food since moving to Denver last year. They charcoal smoke their proteins onsite and the flavor is incredible. We tried the Quesabirria tacos and the Asada fries and both fulfilled a craving I've been trying to satisfy since moving here.The staff were friendly and attentive and the restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating. You can also order to-go as well. I will definitely be coming back here!

Queso birria taco was Delicious. Fish taco was delicious. Asada taco was delicious. Adobada pork taco was good. The green salsa is very good. The red salsa was pretty good. Queso Fundifo was very good. The prices are pretty good. The place is pretty nice and clean. A high-quality tequila selection. Six beers on tap. The person that took our order was very friendly. I would go back anytime.

This place was so good! A hidden gem! Cute outdoor area, best margarita I've ever had! The chicken tacos were delish and my kids loved the chicken quesadillas!!
