Great atmosphere and amazing service. As for the food, there were some amazing things and a few I also thought were just okay. I've written about each one below. Fries- perfectly crispy with the most amazing aioli Peach caprese- perfectly balanced flavors and the bread had the most amazing lightly charred flavor, really this is something to write home about...I could eat this every day Zucchini amours Bouche? - so savory and amazing Trout cake - this was good but just tasted like dill cucumber and yoghurt and didn't have much going on besides that, not my favorite Gnocchi- great flavor, a bit of a gritty texture though but still good overallBeignet- Absolutely phenomenal, perfect texture and fluff and the caramel sauce was killer

Nice restaurant. We met friends here who were recommended the place. Great place to have a conversation without a bunch of noise. Options were unique. Portion sizes were small. Not a lot of gluten free options. I had the meatballs, which were so good, but it was literally 3 meatballs, no veggies or side to go with it. Mypartner ordered ravioli. There were 4 ravioli I believe. She was hungry after. The dessert was larger than the main. Still, I liked the place. Just get an appetizer if you are hungry.

Was desperately looking for somewhere on a Friday at 5:30 to have drinks and apps and every place was slammed. Happened to drive by here and saw it pretty empty so we tried to go in. The restaurant is interesting the inside is very small cafe lunch vibes. The have a small side patio uncovered also and just 1-2 tables of people sitting inside. They asked if we had a reservation and we said no and she said pick anywhere to sit. We ordered white sangrias which were ok to me. The menu is interesting they have a tasting menu which they suggest for whole table and then they had some smallPlates. We tried the trout cakes and bruschetta. The trout cakes were a little dry albeit served very pretty. It could have use a lemon cream to offset the strong fish taste. The bruschetta was also ok- the bread was cold I guess I'm used to more of a toasted warm bread with refreshing tomato topping. I did like the green tomatoes tasted fresh from the garden. I don't know if I'd go again for dinner but while there I saw the do brunch and that menu intrigued me with the sourdough pancakes and Benedict's. May have to give another try.

If you run a small business (especially a restaurant)....you are my hero.It is incredibly challenging to say the least: Increasing rents, insurance, input costs (food, energy, labor et al).The consumer can only pay so much for a dish ( so you can't infinitely raise prices) I don't think most people give a thought to this.Sullivan Scrap Kitchen serves good food in a nice cozy ambiance. The food is solid for the most part. Service is warm and friendly and efficient. The three of us really liked the Bruschetta, Hot Mushroom and squash, and Beef Bourguignon. The only dish that fell flat was the risotto which was watery and not prepared well...the flavor was good.Only other fault was my pint was 80% of a pint..perhaps the foam had receded?I would most def come back as we had a great time and I love to support small restaurants like this.

Cheers to the last meal of 2023! We went back to our favorite spot for NYE dinner and it was the easiest decision. The vibe is always so calm and the flavors and textures in every dish are out of this world. If you haven't checked out Chef Terence and his team yet, you're missing out! They have a nose to tail and roots to tip commitment that shines through in every bite. And let me tell you, their Apple Cider Margarita is a game-changer. The Bruschetta is a must-try, with four different toppings on perfectly toasted bread. And the house-made bucatini on the Lamb and Truffle Carbonara is next level. Plus, you can order some dishes in half portions, so you can try even more amazing flavors. If you want to know more, hop on to their page and see what all the fuss is about. Trust me, it's worth it! What's your favorite dish to order here?BRUSCHETTA DUO. stem and seed pesto, grilled apples, butternut squash, tomato jam, parmesan on house-made focaccia goat cheese mousse, roasted beet, tomato carpaccio, sesame, romano on house-made focaccia. SAGE GNOCCHI 19 / 31 stem and seed pesto, local mushrooms, squash, tomato carpaccio, parmesan, aged balsamic LAMB & TRUFFLE CARBONARA(NEW DISH) house Lamb Truffle Carbonara herb bucatini, black winter truffle, lamb sausage, romano AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF* AMERICAN WAGYU BEEF* (NEW DISH) smoked onions, potoates, carrots, kale, miso bordalaise

2 years ago I would have told you Sullivan's was my favorite place to go for vegan burgers. Then they changed their menu and took off the original vegan burger and the sweet potato waffle fries off their menu. This is my hopeless attempt to bring those two items back. I recently felt like I could trust this restaurant again and came in for brunch. Still delicious. And glad I gave it a second chance. Try their breakfast nachos, love that everything is still made from scratch.

Nothing on the menu is a bad choice. Everything is amazing! Peach caprese - was absolutely delicious! Pesto on the bottom peaches and fresh tomatoes with a scoop of ricotta cheese. Some homemade bread on the side. Hot chicken - was spectacular, hand breaded, super crunchy and spicy, very light and juicy chicken, with a spicy mayo that was jaw droppping Burger of month - was a spicy peach smash burger, on the homemade sesame bun. Caramelized onions. Perfectly executed. Lil goat - was one of the best lamb burgers I've had. Perfect blend of flavors highly recommend.Patty melt a was on the house made sourdough and let me tell you it was so good! Need to come on Thursdays for burger night! Also on Sunday evenings they have 3 course offerings. Don't forget the mouth watering beignets and the cookies are a must too. Love this place! Service is amazing and the owner is so nice it's a couple. You can taste the love in the food. Ambiance is nice and subtle a great place to eat for any occasion.

Clearly an updated review is overdue...I can't believe it's been two years!Since my initial review, I've become a regular at Sullivan's. It's one place I consistently feel motivated to go to, and know that I will feel welcome and be well-taken care of. The small staff that works this restaurant are consistently kind and accommodating. They go the extra mile to make for a special experience. I always walk away with a smile on my face.I've tried a good deal of the menu at this point, and though it rotates, I would give a rousing endorsement of the following brunch standbys: -Sourdough Pancakes with Meringue: Light and springy, almost marshmallow like in texture; unlike anything I've had before.-Smoked Trout Benedict: The house made bread is a perfect accompaniment here to perfectly executed eggs and a great hollandaise. I love that it's served with a salad instead of potatoes, which keeps it pretty light.-Side Salad; I know this seems weird to shoutout, but the lettuce is so perfectly tender and tasty. I almost always upgrade my sides to get one. -Grain bowl: I had debated getting this for awhile, and was blow away recently by all of the veg and exceptionally tasty dressing. (The small falafels were perfect with this too.)Of the things I'm less enthusiastic about, I will say I think the Migas could use a higher ratio of tortillas to green chili; and the french fries tend to be more brown/fried/salty than I prefer. They also use an artisan ketchup, which is not admittedly to everyone's taste, but I was pretty happy to hear recently they're now offering an alternative 'standard' option as well. They do a burger night (currently on Thursdays), which is a great way to check things out, but the normal dinner service menu is quite different and less casual in terms of flavors and price point. I do think this can be confusing for people who are maybe more accustomed to visiting during certain hours, and I have had some challenges on the dinner front with friends who have dietary aversions (say mushrooms), or are less adventurous, since it's really more of a sharing menu setup. I do think it would be nice if there were a few basic fare options yet on weekend evenings. The hours/days of operation do change here and there, and are limited; admittedly sometimes that makes it harder for me to get in. Recently they made the decision to open earlier for brunch on Saturday and Sunday, which I was pretty excited about. (Though sadly at the expense of being open Friday lunch). I would probably come here more if the schedule was different, but I understand the gymnastics of staffing a profitable restaurant these days are especially tricky. That said, just make sure you check the website for the current schedule before heading out the door to Sullivan's. Which is exactly what you should do--go check out this mission-oriented, kind-hearted gem of a place!

Went with business colleagues and had some really great food and drinks. We enjoyed pretty much every dish we tried. Spirits selection is a bit limited, but every type is represented. The service was very good and friendly. I do feel they could have been a little more thoughtful about providing serving utensils for shared plates and to give us each individual plates. Of course, they jumped on it when we asked, but the concept is shared tapas style, so it should be a given. Definitely recommend!
