Sugar Baby Creamery

I am recommending this establishment because I believe everyone can have an off day. My friend and I were leaving dinner at decided we wanted some dessert. Sugar Baby was literally one minute away from where we were, so we went. We were welcomed by a young girl man as soon as we hit the door. He welcomed everyone who walked in while we were there despite what he was doing. My friend decided what she wanted before me so she ordered with the young lady. I was overwhelmed with the photo opportunities, so I placed my order last. I asked my friend to take my picture on the wall with the phones and the young lady said to my friend (with an attitude) "please take her picture." I must say I am thankful for my growth, because I heard her loud and clear and the old me would have responded. Thank God for growth. I placed my order with the young man who was very patient with me and helpful while I made a decision. I ordered mint chocolate and my friend ordered fruity pebbles. I was told this is a Black owned business. That made me happy to be able to show support to a Black owned business.My ice cream was amazing; flavorful, neatly made, and the price was comparable to other ice cream shops. I paid a little over $11 for my order.There was ample parking in front of and behind the building because it was in a shopping center with other businesses; most of which were closed when we went there around 10 p.m. on Saturday. My challenges with this business was the poor attitude of the young lady who worked there, both the young lady and young man were very occupied with their phones while we were here too. He at least acknowledged people as they came in, but both of them were on their phones a lot. There were many things that needed to be done in this shop that they could have done, but they were on their phones. The floor needed to be swept, tables needed to be cleaned, the front windows needed to be cleaned, the counter needed to be wiped down, and the napkin dispenser needed to be tended to. The flowers in the pots were fake and wouldn't have been a bad look had they not been dirty. They had visible spots on them that made them look dirty and unappealing on the counter where people sit to eat. The ceiling tile had pieces of debris in it right above the tables where people eat. I would definitely give this spot a second chance. It can't always look like this and the staff can't possibly always be this inattentive.

They only have one person serving ice cream and it takes quite awhile to prepare each cup. I'd certainly only go if you have time to wait around. The ice cream is descent but nothing crazy. The best part about this place is that they have vegan ice cream!

My friend convinced us to go to this creamery as she saw it on the internet. Good: the ice cream looked very exotic and different as it's rolled with many different flavors and styles. Now I was very underwhelmed by the amount of toppings. I had probably 4 slices of bananas and strawberries. Priced at $1.25 each. Nevertheless, the ice cream tasted goodAmbiance was fair. The decor looks like it's a skeleton. There's a few tables and chairs but it's very bare. It also wasn't clean. Your feet stick to the floor and all the tables and chairs were dirty. Service was decent. The cashier was friendly and patient but nothing over the top. The service wasn't bad but not spectacular.Parking is fine as it's in a shopping centerOverall- I don't need to go again but glad I did experience it.

Service was quite bad. They seemed super annoyed even taking our order, took forever to actually make the order, which my friend group and I wouldn't mind because we appreciate quality, but the taste was pretty basic and the service was pretty horrible. The server also told us 30 minutes before they close at 12 that we had to leave because he needed to put the chairs up. I've never been to a restaurant or eatery that kicks you out early to put chairs up.. lastly, it's super overpriced for the quality!

Sugar Baby is a cute place, and the ice cream and service are top-tier! I went in to check out the IG-worthy ambiance and was pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and all the fantastic flavors. It was Valentine's Day, so they let us know of the specialty flavors they had, and we decided to get Red Velvet cake since that is one of my favorites. The experience reminded me of when families treated their kids to ice cream as a reward. Yes, I am dating myself ! I would highly recommend you check them out!!

My oh my.. it was a late night and someone wanted a milk shake.. so of course most of the usual spots close after 10 but not this one! Glancing over the menu.. wow this is pretty pricey!! $17 for a milkshake.. Must be over the top and high quality ingredients with amazing service? Wrong, it was so much BETTER!! Super extra sky high toppings, even the whipped cream was divine! I ordered the Banana pudding shake.. wow, real bananas and real vanilla wafers.. super sticky and rich caramel. Service was very nice as well. Two young ladies working was doing the best they could, fast as possible. Inside, think PINK!!! so cute inside with such a vibe.. cute wall decor for pictures and videos. They really went out on the decor!Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will be back soon...

Honestly, I was thoroughly disappointed. I asked if I could get a waffle cone since they had a waffle maker, and then the guy told me "nah" and started laughing a bit then I asked for soft, serve with cookies and cream topping and it was literally just three Oreo cookies stuck inside the soft serve. Which is a bit lazy to me and I probably won't be going back the price customer service just wasn't worth what I got. I legit had to crush up my own Oreos to get the normal cookies and cream experience.

Delicious dairy-free options with lots of topping options. The cheeky decor is super fun and the staff is fast and friendly. Definitely recommend!
