Stush Caribbean Fusion

Always good to support a local woman owned business that's just getting started. Located in Midtown's food hall, Stush Caribbean Fusion offers a nice blend of different types of food known to the Caribbean island. Why the menu isn't exhaustive, there are some great options to check out. I got the jerk shrimp fried rice and enjoyed it plenty.

Loved this place! Had the Jerk Fried Rice and it was just incredible. Perfect spice level and depth of flavor. The chicken was moist and flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked and had extremely good flavor and quality. The portion size was HUGE and the 18 dollars I paid for fried rice was well, well worth it. I'm excited to come back! Located in Conservatory Food Hall, I adored the food and customer service and would definitely recommend it here.

Stop what you are doing and head to Stush quick!!! I ordered the oxtail pasta. You guys IT WASSSSS AMAZINGGGGG!!! I saved some for my hubby to eat and he stopped in his tracks and looked at me and was like this is fire. The service at the conservatory is easy. They will text you when your food is ready to pick up. The food was hot and came out quick. The conservatory is a cool vibe where can work and try different kinds of food. But y'all don't understand the oxtail pasta was so good I had to call the owner myself just to tell her how amazing her food is. She cooks with lots of flavor and from her soul. I wish I took a pic but didn't bc I tore that food up.

This restaurant is in a Food Hall but when I walked in smelled the entire place so obviously I went to Stush. I had excellent customer service from the one female employee taking care of being the cashier, cook and server all together. I ordered the oxtail pasta and jerk fried chicken with fries. After she took my order and the orders behind me she started cooking everything fresh except for items like the oxtails in the pasta dish. I was able to watch her cooking and then after she finished I enjoyed every bite of the pasta and later the jerk fried chicken. I will be back to try something else soon.

I had to stop midway eating to share how GOOD this food is. You won't be disappointed. She was working alone but was kind and informed me of her timing. The jerk SAUCE... is delicious. I Highly recommend. She added to a great 1st experience at the Conservatory.

You guys I was feeling some kind of carribean dish and boy did this place deliver. I was immediately attended by a nice young man that answered all my questions. Being that it's in the Conservatory food hall you would expect food court service but I didn't get that. I ordered the perk fried chicken that comes with fries... and let me tell you whatever Crack they put in that sauce drizzled on top is fire!!!!! If simple chicken and fries was sauced up like that I can't even imagine what the rest tastes like! Definitely a must try... they even have Ting and pink Ting soda!!! I was disappointed they had run out of plantain though. But after eating my portion of what they gave, that was for like 2 people it's acceptable

I came to this food hall for something else initially but couldn't resist ordering something from here and I'm glad I did. The oxtail pasta was delicious, I'm trying to go back soon and give it another go along with other things on the menu.
