Place has great food and $5 beers on tap. The outside is very industrial as it's located at a railway stockyard. The inside looks very much like a modern saloon. Very picture worthyOur server was great and our food was out with. The Rocky Mountain oysters were very good. Almost had 2 full plates of it. I'd come back for these any time. I also had the burrito. It was covered in green chili. Spicy and tasty. The burgers all looked amazing and the taste of these were good. Onion rings were really good.

We weren't sure if this place physically existed or was open when the Uber dropped us off, but wow, what a meal. I was in the Denver area for a work conference from 3/15-3/20, and heard this was THE place to get Rocky Mountain Oysters since I never thought to try them before during previous Colorado trips. Stockyard Saloon did not disappoint in breaking my RMO cherry. RMO honestly taste like clam strips. I wasn't a huge fan of the larger "oysters" due to the chewiness, but I would definitely get them again. The burgers were great. Fall apart tender and great flavor. My friend said hers was the "best she ever had," and I'd put this place's burger up against any of the burgers I've had. Unfortunately, the bison wasn't available. The waiter/bartender/cashier Jesus was a one man show during the Friday dinner rush and provided great service and more importantly quick refills on our Coors Banquets.

We had the broccoli & cheddar soup, Pancho Villa burger lunch special & Rocky Mountain oysters. Lunch was good. The burger was cooked well and the oysters were too, but that broccoli and cheddar was the best we've ever had. The staff was very friendly also. Overall it was a great experience.

This is theeeeee place to go during the stock show. Live bands every night ... dance dance dance and More cowboys hats here than in a John Wayne movie. Plus great food in the adjoining restaurant and lots and lots of free parking adjacent to the building...!!!

Whew - where to begin. My boyfriend wanted to try the "Rocky Mountain Oysters," so that's what I plugged into google maps and it brought us to the Stockyard Saloon. We were pretty hungry, and craving some bar food, so walking into this place we felt like we may have found a good spot. Unfortunately the beer menu was lacking pretty hard - a massive disappointment, since there's a ton of breweries not too far from this establishment - and the food was not super awesome. There weren't many people here, but we were still waiting for the bill to come, and then be processed, for a really long time. I wouldn't go back to the Stockyard Saloon anytime soon, especially when there's a lot of other/better options not too far away.

Colorado gem located on the second floor in one of the historic buildings of the National Western Center Complex. Easy restaurant to miss since it's currently surrounded by industry, railroad, and construction. Don't worry, Denver is sinking a lot of money into this location. This area is going to pop up in the next few years with a commuter rail station just on the other side of the tracks. Restaurant has that old western feeling with an old wood bar too. Grub is staple bar food including hamburgers, hot sandwiches, and some south of the border specials. Appears to be a good place to grab a drink too, but not too late. I had been here one before a while back. This time I got a burger and the homemade chips. I recommend the chips, they were awesome. The rest of the food was subpar. My burger was dry including the meat and bun. It was busy so maybe the kitchen was slammed. Our food took way longer than it should have too. I'll come back, and hope the kitchen has more time to focus on the detail. Everything else was fresh ingredients.

Got the rocky mountain oysters. First, please take note that these are bull testicles! Not real oysters. They came out hot and had a tasty cocktail sauce that came with.

We enjoy the Stockyard Saloon when the Stock Show is not in town. Good food, good service. Loved the chicken, and hubby enjoyed the steak salad.

Great no frills bar and grill. They have good food with decent portions, limited drink options that are cold and staff keep your mug full. Cool old bar feel. Couldn't have asked for anything better.
